The articles are very poor copies of those in the photograph. The pants are not styled at all, the material feels cheap and even though all my items were a Medium, one top was way too small. And again, not cut with any style. Such a shame as the actual items on their site look great - but it's not what you get!
Was unable to make a return. After hours of trying I was advised to just keep the dress that is much too large. No answer a s to how to receive a refund. Credit card statement shows charge was made October 27 for $55.98. I would like a refund and am happy to send item back if you will provide me with information on how to proceed.
Horrible. Not as pictured. Not as described. I've never dealt with a company that seemed so reluctant for you to return items. No phone number to speak directly with anyone. They were keeping that return address even after 14 days. I chose to take a 50% refund and keep to clothes. This took almost three weeks after the agreement.
I did receive the items I ordered.
That was a relief.
If the company would use better quality fabric I do think people would order and word would spread. The designs of the clothing are great that's why I ordered.
However the sizing runs small which would have. Even helpful to know.
The fabric is the issue …it makes what should be a cute top look cheap. Such a shame that you don't capitalize on improving the fabric quality and you would have more repeat customers who give good reviews.
I hope you find my comments constructive criticism and improve the issues I stated.
My Experience: 1. It took almost a month and much prodding to get my order 2. I received one item in the wrong color and 4 items that didn't fit. 3. When I tried to get information on how to return items I received no response. 4. I spent $111 for 5 items that are going straight to good will because not only are they all too small, but the material and workmanship are extremely cheap. I learned a good lesson. A good photographer can make really cheap and poor quality products look good enough to buy.
It took quite a while for the items to arrive, which is a big reason I want to return items vs. try an exchange. They were ordered for a trip I'm soon taking, and there is no way I could get additional items in time. However, communication about receiving the order, giving me an order #, and informing me of when items are shipped, with a tracking number included was all good.
These are described as t-shirts and sweatshirts so I was expecting a soft cotton. They are slick, shiny, stiff polyester that is not comfortable or easy to care for. I would. It have bought these if I knew that up front.
I placed an order almost a month ago. They charged me but I never received my products. When I tried to contact them to track my order, their website doesn't let you use the "track your order" button. They provide no phone numbers. They only replied through their customer service email and directed me back to their website or to another tracking site that doesn't work either. Very sorry I didn't receive my products because the pictures make their clothing look very attractive.
Size and quality so disappointing. Trying to get an address to ship all back. They are trying to negotiate a deal but I don't want any of the items.
They are much larger than size chart. Pants see through. I'd like to say you get what you pay for. But I paid good money for my order. It was a big mistake in my opinion. I won't shop online clothing shops again.
Unfortunately the 4 items I purchased did not look good on me. I truly wanted to love them.
I've reached out to customer service to return 2 of the items and size up on the other two. It took about 48 hours for the first response and now I'm waiting again for instructions on how to return. The return policy could be more streamlined. Hoping to get my sized up items in a timely manner as I'd like them for an upcoming trip.
This was my first time on the website and I only spent a few minutes. However, the selection and purchase proceeded without any issues. I wanted to purchase one (1) item to see how the product and shipping are and how the company operates. Thanks! I'm thankful I did it this way since the top does not fit and I can't contact anyone for a refund as the email address is not valid and there is no phone number. Think twice before ordering!
I ordered multiple items and did not care for the fit or the quality. They were posted as shipping more than eight days before they actually were shipped to me. Now that I have them, no one from customer service will respond so I can return them. I have sent an email and used their online request form. Their website says they will respond with 24 hours. It's been 5 days since my email and 4 days since my online request. Save your money - do not order from here!
Although I was a little hesitant when I realized that my order had to first be received in this country, the customer service people were very good at relieving my fears. It did take awhile to receive my order but I am mostly satisfied and the blouses are pretty.
What an absolute WASTE of money! Cheap, low quality polyester fabrics, sizing inaccurate. I will never shop this company ever again! I could get better quality at Walmart where the fabric would at least be cotton rather than cheap polyester that can't be worn in warm weather! Absolute rubbish!
Delivery was fairly quick. Sizing is too small. I'm a medium in most things in Australia, but I'm wishing I'd ordered a large in most of these tops. I would have preferred a more natural feeling fabric than the shiny synthetic ones that some of them are made from.
The online experience was nice and prices are pretty good. The communication is not good. Once the order is placed you go into a black hole for, in my case 10 or so days, then when checking the online status shows shipped. But with who? It takes at least 2 weeks to receive the order. When you try to communicate, in my case 3 of 4 items are too small and need to return, you are left waiting for a response which is where I am today.
I was so disappointed in my order. Your Sizes run extremely small. I have worn the same size in clothing For years. If you are ordering these clothes I would suggest you order two sizes larger than you normally wear. No Info with package on how to return items.
I loved the selection and ordered three dress, a month ago. Promised I would have them in 8-12 days, but I still have not received them. I made contact with 'complaint ' dept. who encouraged me to keep waiting.,,gave me a tracking number which took me nowhere. They have my money and if the dress are not here this weekend, I will be in touch with card company and cancel order. I hope they do show this review.
The delivery only took 2 weeks, was expecting it to be longer. I am a size 16 and ordered the Large size, everything fits well. Was very happy with my first experience, will definitely be buying more.
The materials didn't meet my expectations, the fitting runs small, they didn't sent any receipt with the package, I'm not good with computers and it would be helpful if I have a phone number to contact them
