I purchased three items. The two shirts were both supposed to be large. One wouldn't even fit over my head. The pants did not look like the advertising material and were cheap cotton - very poor quality. The consultant I complained to kept arguing the point even though I sent photos and information - she kept bargaining me down so I got about half of what I paid because I got sick of her arguing and bargaining. The shirt was synthetic and feels awful apart from being too small.
I am pleasantly surprised at the customer service, they kept in touch with me concerning my order, gave me the option to either ship am item that was unavailable or to cancel it. Quick refund. Even checked back to see if I got my items. The tshirts I got were very nice quality fabric, washed very well & the fabric is so soft. True to size. I'll certainly be ordering again
First time order. Azlee size chart was not followed as specified in catalog. Catalog said Blouses ran smaller, so my Medium should have been a Large sent to me for Both Blouses when I ordered. Please correct!
The shipping took a month as opposed to the 3 to 5 days advertised.
The items received do not match the materials photographed on the website. One item set is a 100% polyester, on the site picture it's noticeably cotton, which is why I purchased it.
Customer service is deplorable, package arrived with no invoice, no return slip….no thank you for your purchase, nothing.
What a SCAM!
The top is far shorter than size chart shows, even with their variance claim. I have been going back and forth for over a month they ask me to measure then remeasure then say the same as the start. All I manage to get is 30% off. I can't actually return the item without being out of pocket to pay to get it shipped back. The time I and their CSA have spent on this is far more than the cost it would have taken them to actually cough up a label. Shop at your own risk!
This is my first time purchasing shirts from this site. Although I do love what is offered, I hate that they are all made in China. I searched the website trying to find out this information with no luck. Won't be buying anything from them again.
I need to return both items as they are to short and too snug. I ordered size I would normally order. It has taken many attempts to communicate with this company about a return. Good quality clothes, just didn't fit me right.
In addition to the 9.99 shipping and handling fee it costs $7 plus to ship it back to them for a return, so basically I'm spending all that money just to have tried the shirts on. I won't be ordering clothes online again without free shipping.
I contacted Customer Service via email to check on delivery as it took longer than I thought it would. Both times they responded right away and were extremely helpful. The dresses arrived and two didn't fit. Customer Service again responded right away and gave several options for returns/refunds. While not the most generous or convenient return policy, I appreciate their willingness to work with me.
Nothing delivered looked like the fabrics on the ads. Size of t-shirt not even close to advertised image. Tops are cheap and do not have a nice texture. I am not getting replies to my emails for the refund/return process you imposed.
First, items I ordered were on back order, second, items are in the warehouse, order ready to prepare, then told items will be shipping, then shipped with a tracking number that doesn't go anywhere official, just back to their page. Original order said up to 8 business day, its now been over a month and still haven't received any part of my order.
Had to dispute for non receipt of order with my credit card co to get a refund.
Original order March 29,2023 still haven't received order May 4,2023.
Disappointed in the product as discussed with the customer service. Also disappointed that the fine print expects you to return the goods if not suitable. USA post charge would have been $37 so had no choice but to keep them and accept the refund credit offered.
After being billed to cc February 12, ordered in January. I received an email a one point making certain of delivery - which I didn't receive. No credit was given to correct non receipt. Ultimately I did get the merchandise until April 30. The merchandise was not as expected. I want to return. There is no phone email, or address to which to send it.

I bought 5 pieces, and am trying to return all of them. All very cheaply made - don't fit bodies well; cheap material. Just all-around poorly made.
In addition, I've been trying to contact them for 6 days to return the items, with no response. Their return policy is within 30 days - so taking 6+ days to even both responding to a return query (which you are required to email before returning items) is pretty problematic.
These clothes are cheaply made, both in quality of fabric and workmanship. They took nearly 6 weeks to arrive. The sizes are inconsistent. The only good thing to say is that the web site is nice. There's nothing nice about the product. Shop at T.J.Max or Marshals and see, feel what you're getting.
Really disappointed and gutted to be honest. Procrastinated about buying for so long as garments not physically sited, but loved the look from the online photos so went ahead with the order being very careful to make sure measurements were correct.
Will be just giving 5 of the 7 garments ordered to the second hand shop.
The cotton pants were such a good fit I ordered 2 more pairs. I did not receive the yellow cotton round neck shirt with buttons, so cannot comment on its quality. I am still hopeful it will be delivered. As I said in my review the sunflower blouse was too tight in the upper arms. I guess pants only from now on.
I can only do my experience based on communications. I ordered in early May with a 3-5 day processing. Three weeks later and it still shows as processing, a shipping label was created on May 29 which was when I questioned the timing.
Even after email asking how delivery was and to wait 24-48 hours there is no change in shipping status.
It has been quite the mission to sort out my mistake. I checked the cost of return postage & it worked out the same price as a new sweater. However Rita has been very good with her communications, unfortunately the web site she gave me does not give the opportunity to finalise the exchange. So I'm still waiting to get this sorted.
I would never order from these people again. I should have done my research before ordering and seen what others had written. You basically can NOT return anything to them. I wrote 3 emails till finally got a response.They still would not give me a return address. Finally they do a deal with you which is horrible but I ended up taking it because I was tired of dealing with them. I will in turn sell them to someone since they have not ever been worn. The customer service is HORRIBLE. Do your research before ordering anything from them.
