The pictures make the clothes look a lot more vivid than they are actually in real life. The shipping is quite slow and there is virtually no communication. The shirts I ordered are of decent quality and wash and wear well. I don't think I would ever buy pants again though- that quality seemed much lower. Not sure I would order again. I think I got lucky this time.
It would be good to select multiple options on the filter rather than having to go back each time.

After all the pandemic ordering nightmares, I was cautious. The order went perfectly. Everything got here on time, in wearable shape and is extremely well made. I used their sizing guides and had no surprises. I love all my items
I bought this shirt for my mother. She said it was 2 sizes too small and so I gave her the customer service email to contact about return and exchange for a bigger size. She has not received a response.
My grandson wanted to get a special necklace for his mother for her birthday. He asked me to help. We found your website and and he picked out a combination of necklaces and they arrived on her birthday! She loves them!
I am enjoying the quality of my outfits. However, the tops run a bit small so I would suggest sizing up especially if you don't like a snug fit. The shipping took a lot longer than expected. Had hoped to wear a couple of outfits for activities the first part of May (initially expected shipping was supposed to get it to me in plenty of time) and my order took until the end of May to arrive.
Purchasing was easy. Package came in decent time. But trying to return items is difficult. You do not make it easy. And your products are weird. They are made for one body type - tall and thin. I am short, average build. But since I have boobs and a butt - your clothes fit weird. And all your pants are such a strange material. I will not purchase from you again.
I placed an order for an upcoming vacation on April 13. I didn't hear another thing until this past week. Now I was posed a question if I wanted to receive the remaining items. No matter what now, I won't have the outfits for vacation.

I am currently waiting for a return authorization because I ordered a lot of wrong sizes as I didn't pay attention. The love the products. Their color, style, and fabric are great. I was able to keep some of the items I ordered and they may be feel good when wearing.
Ordered 2 items on line. They didn't fit. You claim to have easy online returns. That's false advertising! After exhausting tries; finally able to get an address of some co in NY. Shipped to them thing it's done only to receive it back 6 was later. Undeliverable!

Clothing was received on time, material not what was expected. Have sent in 4 requests to their contact *******@azzlee.com, no response! NOT HAPPY! Website specifies that a return can be done once they have received a request and send you a return label. They are not holding up their end of the bargain. Don't be fooled by pretty pictures.
Color of one outfit not as it appears online; gold en color online - received dull mustard yellow.
White shirt is skimpy, nothing like the photo and material was see-through. The red pants were too small and didn't show the design and color of the photo online.
The return process is circuitous and time consuming.
Your clothes are cheap and flimsy. False advertising. You should be ashamed to trick people into buying these clothes. They are not as advertised! You did not respond to my return request. So now I am out over 200 dollars for clothes that don't fit and that I would never wear anyway. I feel as if I've been swindled.
My items took forever to arrive, and they are completely ill fitting and just all around poor quality. I've contacted the company any number of times for their advertised "easy" returns - it is almost impossible! I still have the items, it's been nearly a month, and it takes a week or more to get any response to emails, and then they try to get you to "keep" the items for a fraction of price paid in return. It's a total scam. I'm so disappointed to do business with them. I'm going to keep trying to get this stuff returned, but at this point, I think they are just trying to make me just give up.
I was really surprised at how quickly I received my item. There are times from other company's that I forget that I ordered something because it takes so long. I believe that I received it in less than 2 weeks. My item looks like the picture and fits true to size. Overall, I'm very happy with this whole transaction.
Took forever to ship, which didn't happen until I made email contact. One item out of 4 was out of stock and they were going to wait until it came back in stock to ship. Have me a choice to cancel or order different item. Ordered at the beginning of March and finally received near the end of March. Took a long trip on a slow boat from China.
Returns are not easy. They don't want items returned. They offer 30% refund and you keep the items or a gift certificate on your next order before they will impart the information in a full return at your expense. Lesson learned. I won't order from them again.
I think Azalea sizes are somewhat different to what my sizes are like. Ordered a large as I usually am a medium. Was hoping this size would be nice and roomy. It does fit me but not as loose as I had hoped.

Azzlee customer service was surprisingly exceptional. 2 out of 3 of my chosen articles were Out of stock but I received them in a very short time and azzlee made sure I was offered all options to make the experience positive. Love these cotton blouses. I'll be buy something again!
