Easy to order. Fits are accurate. I didn't receive notification when the parcel as posted. So a surprise when it arrived. Great fit happy with what I received. Hope my sister lives her birthday present.
Easy to order. Difficult to get updates on order status. Tracking link always just reads "in transit", but shows the label has been printed but item not yet received from shipper. Then suddenly it appears at my door two weeks + after ordering.

Overall has been a good experience. I have had lots of online mistakes in purchases and have ended up losing money. These clothes fit as expected using the sizing guide and are made from quality fabric.
I'm still waiting for a communication as to how to return 2 of my items for full credit. I sent an e-mail days ago. Clothing looks much nicer and of higher quality in your ads. Did you let potential buyers know that hand washing is required?

One product shrank even after following the care instructions so that was disappointing. Other products fine, though. Also paid for expedited service, but did not receive the order during the published expedited time. Took at least twice as long.
I'm always apprehensive about ordering clothes online. Will it fit? What type of fabric is it? Will I get it? Overall I was happy with my purchase, the clothes are as represented in the photos and descriptions, just make sure you order according to your measurements not your customary size. Delivery did take a few days longer than stated.

I ordered 2 items that did not fit well nor were they high quality. I have been emailing them for a week (as they say on the website) to find out how to return them. No response. Can't find a phone #. Will never order again.
Really liked the blouses I bought from you. Ordered several more in larger size because they run a little small. Now new ones come and are smaller than first ones. Whoever is making the garments are sewing wrong size tags into them and cheating customers.

I ordered six items, none fit well and I followed the instructions on the website requesting a return authorization. They emailed me back and asked if I'd like to keep the items if they refunded me 20%. I declined and asked for return instructions. They then offered me a 35% refund if I'd keep the items. I declined again and asked for return instructions. Crickets. I've emailed 3 more times and they haven't responded. The website (and their emails) are very clear that returns without authorization will not be accepted and no credit will be forthcoming. So they've got you over a barrel if they ignore you. I'm disputing the charge with PayPal. (When I received confirmation from PayPal of the submission of my dispute the company name was listed as "厦门跑步者电子商务有限公司", which translates to Xiamen Runner E-Commerce Co., Ltd., which is located in China.
I ordered five shirts for my wife. They arrived late. The shirts were not the size I ordered and were of such poor quality with obvious defects. The defects included missing buttons, missing buttonholes, tears, snags, etc. in the fabrics and so on.
I'm getting the runaround trying to get a refund. They requested videos, pictures, notes from my mother, you name it. I'm going to have to resort to turning this into my credit card company as a dispute.
I strongly recommend you stay away from this company.
My experience was horrible! My son is getting married next week and I ordered a dress to wear to the rehearsal dinner over 1 month ago. I actually ordered 2 sizes to be sure I would have the right fit. 3 days ago I got an email asking if I had received my order. Since I had not received the order I emailed them. They responded the next day saying both sizes were out of stock! Why did they take my money when I placed my order if these items were out of stock. Shame on them! Now, I'm a few days away from the wedding, no dress and ripped off because i paid for 2 dresses. Buyer beware!
Not good. The dress color was wrong and way too big and I followed the size chart. Their return process is too difficult too many steps before they would send you a return label. They did try to offer other options such as in store gift card at a lesser value
They over promise and under deliver! They promise fast delivery! It took 3.5 weeks to get my order! The tracking info was never updated! I sent 2 emails inquiring about my order! Never got a reply. They claim the sizes are correct! They are not and the material is terrible. I have to return my order and put in another email of why I want a full refund. Then their customer service team will decide if it's a valid reason to send a refund! So basically I'll not get my money back terrible company that should be put out of business!
The clothes seem to be of fairly good quality for the price, but sizing does not match the guides! Everything runs small. If you try to return or exchange sizes, they make it more than difficult to do so! They will not give a return address and if they end up providing that (after many communications), you return at your own expense and they will not guarantee a full refund! They offered $5 to keep the item!
Way too much time spent trying to negotiate a return/ exchange over email, with no satisfaction! Will never order from them again!
All arrived as ordered. I ordered my usual size but these are all cut very small compared to other stores. I had to send them all back, which cost me a fortune! Plus the refund subtracted their shipping costs to deliver the items. This is one of those Chinese rip offs that sell cheap goods under numerous different names. Do not ever order from any of them! I learned my lesson the hard way.
