The structure of the dress is absolutely awful. 3/5 bridesmaids needed serious alterations and the others just didn't look nice. Avoid unless you plan to do the try-before-you-buy program.

The dresses are beautiful and great quality. I got a dress for my friends wedding. Now I am engaged and wanted to use there sight but they don't have the right colors.

My niece who is getting married recommended Azazie since her bridesmaids needed afford dresses. I had my daughter measured for an Azazie dress by a professional seamstress. Based on my daughter's measurements she would need a custom dress which requires contacting Azazie. I have tried for several days at different times throughtout the day to reach Azazie. I also left several messages requesting call back as their system prompted me to do. I still haven't heard from Azazie so I'll be getting a bridesmaids dress elsewhere. Also reading other reviews since my experience; I've discovered others have problems with their Customer Service. Definitely not using them!

Its a great site their are multiple options of dresses, the styles are okay but some dresses are not built well for different types of bodies ie. A woman with a larger bust or a smaller bust the way the dresses are designed some don't fit well.

The first dress i had ordered on their 75% outlet came in quick it was cheap but i guess that was the catch when i received the dress there was a large like oil residue on it right as i tried it on and in front of the dress so i could not wear it contacted the company and they gave me a partial refund which was like 20$.

Re ordered second dress full price and everything was fine.

For the price that was paid, not good.
Thankfully with my custom measurements my dress was made to the correct size and my dress was wearable (as a bridesmaid), but it still didn't look good on and the front part of the dress was botched by their seamstresses. The sewing was sloppy. There should be an option to get bra pads sewn in or not. The bra pads were horrible and were going in different directions bc of the way they were sewn into the dress and when I cut them out, it still look bad. Who has time to run to another alteration when you already ordered a CUSTOM dress?
My dress was thrown in a box and wrinkled when arrived. The first dress i ordered didnt come thrown in a box & wrinkled but my custom sized one did.
CHECK YOUR BODY'S MEASUREMENTS before ordering bc they have a restock fee and it is absolutely ridiculous. Its how they stay in business I assume.
I went ahead and wore the dress, but it wasnt the best for these prices. Definitely wouldnt bother ordering a wedding dress here. Save yourself a headache. If you really want to look nice, go local and pay a few dollars more for better quality. Grab a dress that you can wear more than once,

I found an okay dress (after trying on 6) for an okay price for my cousins wedding. The try on dresses cost $10 each, but can get 3 for $20. Returning them was a hassle. I don't understand why they don't just come with a return label. Trying to contact someone is a joke. I had to wait 90 mins to talk to someone and they hung up. I eventually figured out how to get a return label. I thought we would get a percentage off the dress, but that was only if you purchased the try on dress (I needed a different color). I took measurements to order a custom size but decided to go with a size up because the measurements seems off based on how the dress fit. I'm a bit worried it's not going to fit right, but hey at least I can return that. Again I tried to contact someone but no help whay so ever. Now I have to hope they send me labels and the trynins make it to them in time for me to not get charged for all 6 dresses. I swear if my cousin would have let me order from Amazon, I would have a better dress for a cheaper price without all thebhasstle.

I have been an Azazie customer for a few years now, even recommended multiple brides to use this company. The dress quality is okay. It matches the affordable price, and there are lots of options for bridesmaids. But I will never use or recommend Azazie again after dealing with their terrible customer service. Recently, I shipped 2 dresses back that didn't fit with the company's return label, and in their box at the start of January. A week into the package's journey from NJ the package was delayed in WA state. FedEx lost the package/interrupted the return. Once the package didn't move for a week, I contacted Azazie and they began an investigation. They told me it would take 2-3 weeks. After 4 weeks of no communication I had to contact them and they said that FedEx could not confirm losing the package. Then that was it. Regardless of the error on FedEx's part they refused to reimbursement me for my $178 dollar return. A good customer service would reimburse me because I did my part in the package's return. An error occurred that was out of my control. I will not be using or recommending Azazie again. Terrible customer service.

My sister ordered her dress here and I saw how quality and beautiful the dress is. I am actually looking at their website now and wanted to surprise my fiance.

I hope they fix their service and have more dress that they can offer for their customers. Thank you.

I loved my experience ordering try-on dresses for my bridesmaids through Azazie! They shipped quickly and the quality was amazing! We tried on dresses fairly early (my wedding is in 14 months) but we intend to buy from Azazie when the time comes! I have everyone's favorite color, style and size written down! Thanks to Azazie for a great experience!

(PS the middle gold dress was just there as a place holder, I think I want to put one more light color in my lineup)

I've been in 3 weddings this year that have all used Azazie for their bridesmaid dresses and it has been a huge relief to not spend a fortune on a dress. I used the custom fit option and have been satisfied with each dress and the customer service I've received. There are a ton of style and color options! The quality is just okay (had a strap break) but perfect for wearing once for a wedding and spending around $90-$140.

Thanks for the amazing support, both chat and phone ones, I was freaking out, but they got to sent and get the approval of my request to the production team, I was lucky since it had been only one day the status of my order changed in the system. I hope everything will be fine with the new measurements so I can keep the 5 stars! :)

I have ordered 3 bridesmaid dresses from this sight. Each dress fit well with minor alterations and were true to their measurements. I even had a last minute dress to order and they got it to me within 2 weeks before my event date. 10/10 reccomend

I love using azazie when picking out the bridesmaid dress for my sisters wedding! I loved how you could sort the dresses by style and how they were made. It made buying the dress a little easier would definitely recommend.

I ordered 2 dresses from the site to try on before buying a bridesmaid dress for a friend's wedding. I ended up not loving the complete style of either one, but was able to order one with a similar bodice to the one I liked, and a more simple bottom half. There were so many to choose from that even though I only tried on 2, I was able to find a dress that checked all the boxes of what I was looking for!

Azazie is such a wonderful company. They have beautiful products, fast shipping, and the option to customize your dress. This company has amazing customer service. I have tried on a few dresses from their try-on line and it was an amazing feature. It was a cheap way to make sure you love your dress before buying it. I will never buy a bridesmaid dress from any other company. I love this company.

I bought a Mother of the Bride Dress for my daughters wedding. I was taken by the beautiful workmanship of the dress. It's a gorgeous gown. I was extremely impressed and went back to look at other dresses. I chose one I'll wear in Vegas, although I just bought it because I fell in love with it. Highly recommend this website. Quality items sold here. Price is excellent.

After dealing with an online site that sent me a terrible dress that was too small, and took my money while refusing to give me a refund, I found Azazie.

Azazie.com has lots of style and color options, which was perfect since I was a bridesmaid in a purple ombre wedding. I needed a floor-length dress in a specific shade of purple in a short enough amount of time to have any alterations done.

Not only does azazie have a clearance section (where I got my dress) that offers $35 dresses, but they are well-made and true to the picture. Customer service was very responsive and willing to work with me on shipping the dress sooner since I was in such a time crunch (spent/wasted a month waiting for the terrible dress from the previous site).

I ended up buying another dress from Azazie, and recommend them to anyone who needs a good dress.
