Ordered a hundred dollar tropical arrangement, with a golden orange orchid, and they sent one small, white orchid plant in a chintzy little pot-something I could have bought at Home Depot for $9.99. Totally furious and heartbroken, as it was to be a cheerful remembrance of good times past, meant to put a smile on the face of my dying brother. They thoughtlessly robbed me of that loving gesture.
Simple message. When you put an order in they will take your money and not deliver anything. This is a true scam. Nothing legit about this company as well including no refunds or customer support. It is completely illegitimate. Stay away unless you want to donate your money.
Ordered my Mom flowers to be delivered Valentines Day 2019, they were delivered several days after and not even the right bouquet? Still made me pay and to top it off offered me a coupon for next purchase, how messed up is that!
Where to begin? Same day delivery ended up being 3 days late. Plus my order looks nothing like 'the similar' I put in my online cart. Plus they tacked on $9.99 for rush order when I didn't select that option. But they did respond to my complaint. I'm told I will be refunded a whopping $12. Yes ladies and gentlemen, I'm hit the jackpot. After getting charged $120 dollars for an arrangement, that I've honestly not seen a worse one. I can't save my money but hopefully can save yours. Save it and use a local florist. In fact I'm going to use only local and ask if they use this avasflowers.net. If they do, I'm leaving the store.

Husband sent flowers to my step daughter who lives in another state. All she asked for was for us to send her some flowers to school to make her feel special on her birthday. When she sent the picture of what she got, I was very very disappointed. It looks absolutely nothing like the picture. I read where it said they would try to make it similar but this is not similar. We paid $100 plus for this, a $1 tree looking bear and a card. Soooooo embarrassed. Never ever using these people again. I can't even get in touch with nobody.
I ordered an arrangement for my stepmother for Mother's Day, I ordered Artist's Design: Lovely Lavender... there was NOT one lavender flower in the bouquet. I paid extra for a larger bouquet she received a small bouquet. When I called to complain they were going to have someone pick up the bouquet instead of just issuing a credit. I will never use this company again.
Ordered flowers for my wife on the 17th which I never do because it's honestly way too expensive and stupid to buy dead for family members. It took until today for them to get them but only after calling these people three different times. Now that I see the reviews for this company online, I realize why, besides a corporate entity is there to make money not keep their customers happy and this is just another company that proves that point. I will never use them again.
No customer service; don't bother setting up a return call. Delivery was a nightmare, calls, texts, more calls. Awful! In the end, 75$ of flowers left outside without a knock in -10*.
Your return will be a Herculean Task. % of refund is minimal due to excessive charges and fees. Just the WORST experience EVER ordering flowers. Do NOT trust the reviews/rating posted on their site. Shame on you.
I never write bad reviews but this is one of the worst businesses I have ever tried to use. They charged my card $107 immediately for a Mother's Day arrangement for my Mother-in-law that was never delivered. Emails not answered and no phone number to call.
Placed an order for delivery, with a rush. 24 hours later, when the order should have already been delivered, received an email that there was an issue. I called and got passed around to three different people, who all had my order info, but asked the same questions over and over. Eventually I got left on hold, and then hung up on. Called back, now I'm irate. They tried to say their delivery people could now not deliver. DO NOT ORDER from Ava's Flowers, not reputable. Still on hold, ok'ed a different arrangement and still they are playing the game. Can't do less than one star, that's a problem.
Ordered the Sunshine arrangement online... Shown with Sunflowers and orange lilies plus other fall like flowers/colors. My daughter received the arrangement in 2 hours which initially I was happy. But wondered how the arrangement was made and delivered in such a short time. It dawned on me the arrangement was already made and in the shop. List price $45.99. After all was said and done...? Service charge?, tax and delivery charge.( it was supposed to be free delivery) the total was $94.00 Very unhappy. Wanted them replaced They offered me $10.00 for my trouble... We were both embarrassed and horrified at the lavender sympathy spray that was sent in our names for our deceased relative in the funeral home. What was supposed to be a medium size spray, contained 9 roses, 7 of them drooping and dying and chrysanthemums that had petals crushed and falling on the floor. I left a message for a supervisor to contact me but have not received any response. I paid $183.47 total for this gross spray. The order number is #*******. Janet J.
I know they say it may not look exactly like what it did online but this wasn't even close. My kids could have put something better together than what I got. Was very disappointed. The delivery response time was fabulous but that's about it. Embarrassing to send those kind of flowers to somebody
Is very sad that a company with so many positive reviews would have not delivery the flowers to my father's funeral, never received a call or an email saying anything about it. When people are going through tough times the last thing we should worry about is some flowers to be delivered on time. Very bad service, I have never leave a bad review even if I didn't like the service but what this company did specially during that day is unacceptable. So unprofessional.

The supermarket delivered my $95 bouquet. Complete rip off no balloon no card and no florist. Hit the vase or purple flowers as shown. Threw away my money and this was a special person to me.sun moon and star bouquet. This is not the cobalt vase mentioned. I balloon and no card. Very small cluster bouquet. Not $95. And no customer service. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.
You are better off sending weeds than using this florist. They are not local, they send a much smaller version of what you order and then lie. They say they don't charge delivery but charge 15 dollars handling.
I was mortified at what they sent for over 70 dollars It took multiple calls to get just 13 dollars back, but that didn't really solve the fact that an awful piece was delivered.

This has been the worst floral order experience I've ever had! First, the floral arrangement that they delivered, looked absolutely nothing like what I ordered. The flowers were not even similar and the size was ridiculously small. There were several broken stems. I was so embarrassed. Second, they do not respond to customer service emails. Then, when I called twice, they disconnected the call both times. This company is just out to scam you.
Answer: It's a scam. Very dishonest company. They advertise with a very detailed picture of their flowers, sizes and pricing. When my daughterv received these flowers they didn't look anything like the picture online. I wish I could attach a photo from my galleria for you to see. The picture tells the true story
Answer: I thought they were a local florist. Bc when I typed in the city and Avas Flowers popped up. They are NOT a local company and they are NOT a florist company per se. The Real business name is Flowers Tech Center, Inc... doing business as Avas flowers. They are out of New Jersey and they contracted florists in your local areas nationwide. They don't make the bouquets and the ones on the website are nowhere near to what you're getting. Which is CRAP! LEFTOVER flowers thrown together LAST minute and supposedly delivered fresh from their warehouse. FRAUD & SCAMMERS! Use your local florists or buy them from your grocery store which would be much better and NOT costly. Save yourself time, money and headaches from rude customer service reps and all you get is the run around and lies.
