Flowers were never delivered. When you call customer support, all you get is an automated message, and that they are short staffed due to Covid. Scam company.

Horrible service. They never delivered my order. I ordered my flowers 7 days before Valentine's Day. Was given flex delivery 13th and 14th of February. The flowers never arrived and no one answered phone calls or emails.
My husband ordered a Valentines day arrangement and we never received it, and getting in touch with someone at this business was impossible. Do not order from here cause you will waste ur time and money.
If they are not able to have flowers delivered on the date, before the end of the business day, don't promise that you will. His order (for me) included a work address & home address and I get out of work at 7pm. There was no delivery at work and no delivery when I got home. Then we report it and have to wait for "an investigation"? We have dozens of packages left on premises on a daily basis without them being stolen. No one is going to steal flowers! Once again, stop making promises you can't keep. Today's delivery mattered today!
It was horrible. They charged my husband for a gorgeous arrangement what I got looked like a child arranged it. Worst florist ever.
Order was to be 16 stem roses, there were 6 limp roses. Embarrassing. See photo of that limp bouquet. No customer service. The company hires out local florists who dont care about agood product. A terrible experience.

Prices shown is a bigger surprise when you check out and they now have your credit card information you can't delete. There handling fees are about as much as the flowers hidden fee.
Very poor customer support and don't waste your time calling. They claim e- mail support but don't count on it. I have tried calling and ask for response by e-mail. Again a waste of time and energy.
A long story short. I ordered flowers today for Valentine's day. We are leaving on a trip tomorrow. They say they deliver same day. After I paid them online they sent me an email a 6 hours later saying they can't deliver until February 16th...two days later? We will be out of town. I tried to call the number provided and they don't answer. They referred me to their website. However, the website says that the order number that they sent me in the confirmation email is incorrect. Additionally, they cacellation policy states that same day orders or any holiday orders cannot be cancelled? Even though they guarenteed to deliver the flowers today but aren't able to do so. You can't cancel! Warning...do not use them, ever!
I paid a little extra on my order and it wasn't even close to being the same as it did in the pictures! Waste of Money! Do not buy from them.
You have to search deep into their website to realize that they make no promises regarding delivery, especially with regard to holidays. No warning whatsoever when ordering that it may not be delivered in time. Not a bad company if you want your girl to get her flowers 4 days after Valentine's day. And customer service is unreachable.
So my significant other wanted to surprise me for my birthday and ordered flowers for me. First off he gets a call and they say the original one he ordered was out of stock. So they tell him about another one and he agrees. So now they didn't make it till 3 days after my birthday. Not only was the way wrong order sent but the balloon that cost extra was not included. He spent over $100 on an orchid plant. Don't get me wrong it's beautiful but he could have saved $100 and picked one up from the local grocery store. I added a picture for comparison
My son ordered flowers for his girlfriend. When they arrived, the vase was not as depicted on the website. The roses were the wrong color and three out of 5 were dead, broken. The lilies were not open and they were already brown. Could not get hold of ANYONE to help. Terrible service! Terrible product.
Before placing an order on this website, I strongly urge you to read this review and steer clear of it as quickly as possible. My best friend recently experienced a heartbreaking loss as her grandson passed away, and in our inability to attend the memorial service, we decided to send flowers to the chapel on her behalf. The memorial service was scheduled for February 10th, 2024, at 11:00 AM. I placed the order on January 26th and even paid an additional $9.99 for their Rush Order Request Service, ensuring delivery by 10:30 AM on the day of the service.
However, on February 9th, I received a text notification indicating an issue with my order and prompting me to call them. Upon doing so, I was informed that the original flower vendor couldn't guarantee delivery by the specified time. Despite their reassurances that another vendor had been assigned and guaranteed timely delivery, the flowers still did not arrive as promised.
On February 10th at 11:30 AM, I received yet another text stating a problem with my order, prompting another frustrating call to their customer service. After numerous calls and being placed on hold for extended periods, I finally managed to secure a refund. It was a deeply disappointing and saddening experience, especially given our intentions to support our grieving friend.
I strongly advise against ordering from this company. Their customer service representatives are poorly trained, leading to prolonged wait times, dropped calls, and frustrating transfers to executive customer services, only to face further delays. Instead, I recommend doing your research and ordering flowers from a local vendor. Not only is it more cost-effective, but it also guarantees timely delivery and supports businesses within the community.
This company will purchase your flowers from the local florist and you will find yourself paying for an already overpriced bouquet that they charge you 10 dollar delivery fee, and if you digested that they throw another 30 dollar service fee (?) at you right before checkout. So you are paying more then 100 dollar for a tiny bouquet that is not worth more than 25-30 dollar.
I ordered flowers for sameday delivery before 2pm paid extra no flowers called and tried to ask for refund said roses were already made but did not know where there were and no idea when they be delivered 🤨
Answer: It's a scam. Very dishonest company. They advertise with a very detailed picture of their flowers, sizes and pricing. When my daughterv received these flowers they didn't look anything like the picture online. I wish I could attach a photo from my galleria for you to see. The picture tells the true story
Answer: I thought they were a local florist. Bc when I typed in the city and Avas Flowers popped up. They are NOT a local company and they are NOT a florist company per se. The Real business name is Flowers Tech Center, Inc... doing business as Avas flowers. They are out of New Jersey and they contracted florists in your local areas nationwide. They don't make the bouquets and the ones on the website are nowhere near to what you're getting. Which is CRAP! LEFTOVER flowers thrown together LAST minute and supposedly delivered fresh from their warehouse. FRAUD & SCAMMERS! Use your local florists or buy them from your grocery store which would be much better and NOT costly. Save yourself time, money and headaches from rude customer service reps and all you get is the run around and lies.
