Last September I ordered from Ava's flowering thinking they were a local company in Pasco WA. They were not. What I ordered and what was delivered were vastly different. And not a good different.! They also arrived 3 days late. They gave a pittance on a refund.
Just recently my daughter used them to send flowers to her dad. She also thought they were local to Spokane. They were not. They were late, the flowers were wilted and not very many. It was not the upgraded version she ordered. When she saw them she was upset. She got a partial refund but what a disappointment especially when they arrive in a hospital room meant to cheer someone up and they look like a dying patient. AVA'S falsely advertises and sells flowers. What a joke
Worst ever. Place my order late April for mothers day. A ridiculous 70 bucks for a simple arrangement. Ser for delivery on Friday before mother's day. Mother never received them. Checked status of my order they said they were delivered. THEY WERE NOT. So I called customer service after 10 minutes on hold I got to person. They confirmed that the status was incorrect and they were not (no...really?) delivered that they would fix it and have them delivered in sat. So sat came no delivery.so my mother called and they admitted that they messed and on Monday. (Past mother's day. And she had to work for her flower?) Monday came and went. No. F'ing flowers. So now I am disputing this on Mt CC. My advice? NEVER USE THIS GARBAGE COMPANY. THEY COULDNT EVEN MANAGE A LICAL DELIVERY 0 stars I hope u go out of business
I ordered my mom's birthday flowers on Jan 9 to be delivered by the 11. On the 11th, they told me they can't deliver them until the 12 and it has to be a different bouquet. She promised me it would be as beautiful as the one I originally chose. What a joke! I tried to show photos but it will not allow them to upload. I could have bought better flowers at Walmart for $10 or less. Please don't trust this company.
I placed an order guaranteed delivery for a set date/time, on the day my delivery was to occur, 30 minutes prior to the deliver time, I was emailed that they could not fill my order and my order had been moved back 5 days! When I called to cancel my order I was stuck on hold for over an hour bouncing between representatives who would not cancel my order and refund my card as requested over and over.
We ordered a "deluxe " flower with a bow for our father's funeral service. When it arrived, it was one of the smallest arrangements at the service, plus it had no bow. We were charged extra for a large arrangement and even more for a bow. We were so embarrassed.
Lied about the cost - $39.99 ended up as $92. Changed order to affordable price and 2 days later that wasn't available. Delivery requested Saturday or Sunday and Monday they couldn't deliver until Tuesday. Rude. NEVER USE THEM
I will not be ordering from here again. I am still waiting on my flowers that I paid $90 - way too much for- thinking that the promise of Same Day delivery - would be honored. They were supposed to be delivered YESTERDAY. Now the service is telling me the delivery will occur 2 days after that Same Day Delivery promise. Don't promise or charge what you cannot provide. I am cancelling my entire order if the flowers do not arrive today. Beware. Do not order or trust the Same Day Delivery promise.
I ordered and paid for a Mother's Day arrangements for my sister on Friday May 11. They were to be delivered between Saturday May12 and Sunday May 13, They were never delivered I was never contacted. I spent literally hours trying to get a answer regarding the issue. I received text to contact them only to reach a recording or no reply text art all. I finally was able to cancel the order. The most upsetting part is that my poor sister is battling a terminal disease. We have all been heart broken about het illness and I was really counting on the flowers to maybe lift her spirits.I am very disappointed and upset I have not heard from Avas at all
I was very disappointed with the service, I ordered flowers for my sister to surprise her on her birthday. But the delivery guy phoned and ruined the surprise because they couldn't locate the address. I double check my invoice because I am sure I gave them the correct one, only to find out they have a different address? And the flowers were not even worth the amount you paid for.
I ordered the, " Love In Bloom " bouquet for my wife to be delivered on her birthday which was this past Tuesday. The flowers never got delivered. I called Ava's and they swore it was delivered. They delivered it to the wrong address obviously. Avas said they would re-deliver Wednesday, no delivery again! They promised they would definitely deliver by Friday morning, which was yesterday. It was finally delivered yesterday evening! The flowers were all yellow and nothing even remotely close to what I ordered two and a half weeks ago ‼ Needless to say, I will never do business with them ever again ‼ I paid $67 for the bouquet and my wife got $5 worth of flowers and extremely late‼ Avas florets is the worst I have ever dealt with and I will NEVER order from them again‼
Worst company I ever dealt with. Ordered flowers 2 weeks before mother's day. They had a flex delivery to deliver Thursday or Friday. I received no updates, no apologies & no flowers. There's no one to talk to. Ridiculous
I let the phone ring and ring... Now I find out it was not the 'Local Floral shop" and then the "extra" service charge was almost as much a the price of the Bouquet itself. That was the reason for my phone call.
I ordered a plant for a funeral. It did not arrive. The next day I called because they had assured me it would be. They said they would deliver it to the family's home in 2 days. They did not. Then they call and said they would not be able to do the plant I ordered. I wanted a plant that was nontoxic to cats. They pushed plants that were toxic or 2 dozen roses. I wanted something that would last for years. I agreed to something I really did not want. They were to deliver it on Wednesday. They did not. The next morning I got a text saying they were not able to deliver it then so I had to reschedule and pay to do that. It is now 2 weeks since I ordered and still no plant and they just give me the run around. I tried to cancel and they said it is on its way today. I never leave reviews but this is the worst service I have ever had for anything
This is a horrible place to get flowers. They do not do what they say they will do and refuse to refund no matter what the issue is. They are a call center that brokers out flower orders. The flowers are never what you order! BUYER BEWARE
Avas flowers is a scam and doesn't deliver when they say they will deliver. The day of mothers day they announced the flowers would be delivered the week after mothers day. Kind of defeats the purpose of the flowers does it not? Thats after a 27$ 'service fee' scam scam scam.
Absolutely awful experience. Just randomly cancelled my order 2 days before Mother's Day. Could not get through to find out why and they do not have a customer service team to speak of. DO NOT MAKE MY MISTAKE! This is a scam and a rip off. How they are maintained on Google with these reviews is beyond me.
I ordered the flowers well in advance and paid extra for them to be delivered on a specific day and before 2 pm. The flowers didn't arrive until after 7 pm and they did not look like what I ordered at all. Not even close. Very aggrivated and do NOT recommend them.
Seems like a legit company, but they didn't deliver the flowers when they were supposed to. They were supposed to deliver them on Sunday, then they said that they delivered them on Sunday, but there were no flowers. I called Monday, they said that they would deliver them by the end of the day, and if they didn't that they would refund my money. They were not received on Monday. I ordered flowers from Urban Stems (absolutely fantastic company) who actually got my flowers there earlier then expected. Now Ava said that they have picture confirmation of delivery. I have asked to see the confirmation, and it has not been sent to me after 2 days, and they won't give me a refund. So I'm out $100!
Salesperson, after a very lengthy process finally told me the price of flowers and delivery. I later learned that I payed twice the amount for flowers and delivery. Who got the other half? The company that AVAS contracts with to manage this transaction. Shame on you AVAS!
Used the online site to order flowers. Cost included a $20 service fee plus delivery. Next day got a text that said they couldn't deliver to businesses so they needed a home address but person would not be home to receive. I had to argue with customer service to cancel and spent 20 minutes on the phone with them. After I asked to cancel because of not being able to deliver, miraculously, now they said they found a florist could deliver them and gave me the hard sell to not cancel. Awful service-- and I will not order from them again!
Answer: Scam! They are not a local company, they cannot deliver, and if they do, apparently they are completely wrong or dead flowers. They don't want to deliver flowers for you... they are after your $30 service fee. They hope you cancel your order and they keep the fee. STAY CLEAR! No customer service and a website full of legalese... can you appear any more fraudulent? A scam, a fraud, a company that uses COVID-19 and your mother (Mother's Day) to steal money from the public. They need to be in jail.
