Corona Virus mask
May 13, 2020

5/13/2020 Went in to Auto Zone in Mansfield Pa today for parts. Two of the four employees waiting on customers were wearing the virus masks on their chins with no regard to safety or with potential contamination of their customers. There are other auto parts suppliers and the internet who will welcome my business.

I ordered a rubber hose. Website said length is 300 in and 3/8 ID. I received a 12 inch long hose. When I called customer service, the rep blamed me for not entering the vehicle info, therefore they sent a 12 inch long hose. No where in the ad does it say it's cut to length based on vehicle and also the site allowed me to order the hose without warning me about the length, or prevented me from ordering without vehicle info. Then they said only recourse was to return to a store, or pay for shipping back. Of course, if I was near a store I would have gone there in the 1st place! Cust Service rep basically said I should have known better. Supervisor was equally ineffective. I will not be using Autozone again.

I ordered a OBDIIsplitter. This splitter will not work with my AMP power steps. I tried to return it to two Autozone stores with negative results. My wife has tried to correspond via email and no response.
The stores are saying I don't have the proper paperwork. The paperwork I have is what was printed when
The order was submitted. The tracking number **************. The item was $12.99

I am very unhappy with Auto Zone.
I purchased a $6.99 bottle of Gorilla Glue. I was told the product would work to glue a broken rubber gasket.
It did not work.So I asked for a credit to go towards another larger purchase.The manager refused and told me it was my problem.
I really have tried to do business with Auto Zone.No more.
I am taking my business to Oreilly Auto parts where they are more knowledgeable friendly and care about your business.

Sissy at the Auto Zone on SW Avenue in MIAMI was wonderful. She gave my friend a mask to protect from the virus, answered all my questions about the warranty of my past battery purchase, and was competent and professional!

Saved a ton!

I had a headlight out and either a repair shop would not install for free or would charge me as much or twice as much for the service. But as a last resort I went to autozone in Fort Myers and to my surprise the associate offered to fix it for me free of charge. So I purchased the part I needed and it was installed in less than 10 minutes. That truly saved my day. Now it will be my first choice with any of my vehicles manageable maintenance.

Reckless

I went to AutoZone to pick up some oil for my car 1 quart I am a first responder I never seen a business so reckless to expose their employees to a vast amount of people that was there for non-essential items. Needless to say AutoZone Court must really like to put their employees in Jeopardy or unnecessary exposure to the coronavirus

THE BEST!

My car wouldn't start in front of the Dollar Store on 23 mi New Baltimore Michigan and the guys from Auto Zone came to my rescue! They couldn't have been more knowledgeable or efficient and I thought of them as angels.

Great Service

I visited the Auto Zone on Southern Blvd. In West Palm Beach, Florida. The store Manager Daniel was extremely helpful and changed my battery and it was as smooth as could have been. He was extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this company and store location to anyone.

On February 13,2020, I went to an AutoZone store in Colorado Springs Colorado to buy an alternator and serpentine belt. To make a long story short, the employees were great, however AutoZone, the main office is crap! They tried two different credit cards and a gift card as well as cash to buy these items. Finally on the third try the cash transaction went through. Later while I was putting the alternator on, I received a call from the store saying that my credit card was charged as well as the cash transaction. I later found out that all transactions were charged. When I tried to contact "customer service "I could not talk to a real person. I left phone messages multiple times, and no one has ever called me back! How can they say that they place customers first? And they wonder why people buy parts online rather than going to stores? AutoZone is committing suicide very slowly via horrendous customer service!

Rewards program is a joke. Autozone employees need to be trained more effectively. I had $40 in rewards credits, went to purchase a part to find out my $40 was used in Florida to buy a part. I live in New York... I've had 2 transactions were the Autozone employee used their own rewards account to steal my points. Since this employee used their own rewards account, the part warranty was also under their name even tho it's my credit card used to purchase. They wont let me return the part. They advertise "didnt get your points? Dont worry we can scan your receipt " come to find out you can only do this 2x a month within 30 days... I'll be shopping at Advanced Auto Parts from now on!

I was charged 4 times for one single item, and now after almost of 3 weeks of getting the run around, I had to handle it through the courts. Ill be asking for tripple the amount that was stolen though! Never deal with this shady $#*! company. Oreilly's is a MUCH BETTER place to get auto parts from. Autozone is HORRIBLE!

Discrimination

So I use to be the store manager for Potosi Autozone (2360) and was under Investigation for breaking policy by allowing a new employee to work before cleared back ground check AND this new store manager has been sleeping/living with a grey shirt, Favoritism, Giving him best hours to be with her, making employees cover his shift or hers with open to closes, numerous employees had to quit due to treatment and the (policy strict) affair, missing money, lying, drinking on job but her investigation was dropped with photo proof, witnesses, and open testimony --- dang talk about a lawsuit. So any EX autoZone employees that was let go, investigated, or no longer works there please contact me and I will give you my lawyer name. We have a case and money. Discrimination and Favoritism at its finest. Proving St Louis Region just picks who has to follow policy and who is a "yes sir" keeper.

EXTRAORDINARY SERVICE

After a long day of work and school, I was so tired I had no energy to smile. But after my interaction with Mr. Raheem Miller on Tuesday, February 18,2010, I left the store with a big smile on my face. I was extremely satisfied with the excellent customer service, expertise and professionalism by Mr. Miller. He exceeded my expectation. Mr. Miller is a great asset to this company and I highly recommend him for greater opportunities.

I frequently use the autozone on 1st st. In bradenton florida... these guys go out of there way to make sure you get what you need. I drive past three part stores to get there... and its worth it. Dave and Jarrod and the whole crew make my job easier

I have been doing business with AuZo for years. I only had some difficulties with them, but I never had high expectations since I also worked in an auto parts store. However, I hope that a large company has a friendly business model that says we appreciate it as a customer.

I've been doing business with AuZo for years. I've only had a few difficulties with them but never had high expectations since I, too, once worked in an auto parts store. However, I do expect a large company to have a friendly business model that says we appreciate you as a customer.
Typically I get my parts and other items at a local store. However, because I was looking for something that the local stores don't carry, I was forced to use their. Com site. I went ahead and ordered the items mostly because they could get them to me quicker than any other place.
After several days I get a random call from AutoZone's. Com customer service wanting to confirm my recent order from them. They caught me off guard as I wasn't near a computer and was working but went ahead and agreed, thinking how hard can this be. The first thing they wanted was the order number from the purchase invoice. Most of the questions they then asked me would have required having the invoice with the order number. Even with me explaining that they'd caught me off guard and that I wasn't in front of a computer, they canceled my order. They told me that I didn't answer the questions about my order correctly and that they canceled it. If I still wanted the items, I'd have to go back online and reorder them and then, of course, wait even longer for delivery since I'd already lost a couple of days.
I found the same items on another site with an A and a Z in the name, and I'm getting them two days earlier than what AutoZone could initially get them to me.
When I received the cancellation notice in my email, here's how it read:
"We have cancelled your order either at your request or because the product requested is out-of-stock at our fulfillment center and we are unable to source the product directly from the supplier."
This kind of treatment is an inferior way to treat a customer, and I will not use their. Com site again and most likely use the O or other parts stores instead.
