I contacted Autoloss after my fairly new SUV with 3500 miles on it was rear ended & required $11K worth of body work. The at fault driver's insurance company claimed there was NO diminished value & offered me $50 to go away!

Monica at Autoloss explained their whole process and that insurance companies don't like to ever pay DV. Once I had agreed on using Autoloss, they prepared the report, faxed it to the insurance company and sent me a copy with a manual on when to call them, how to negotiate, what to say and more importantly, what NOT to say. The report was very comprehensive & included comps of like vehicles in my area.

Even though I was warned not to expect a check for the full amount of the DV, the insurance company agreed to paying me that amount in full after I signed a release. I should have the check in a week.

I can't thank Autoloss enough for their expertise and professionalism. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a DV report!

We had a tricky situation with an out-of-state claim and an insurance company that changed their adjustors in the middle of this three month ordeal. Monica and the team were very quick with the initial appraisal. In the end, I grew tired of the other adjustor company; they have nothing but time, and wearing you out is their job and they get paid by the hour. I got a minor rear end accident on our Porsche Taycan. The insurance offered $8000 and the service gave us the reports and actions to take to increase that diminished value claim to $*******. It took a while as we had to jump through a lot of hoops, but we got it done!

This business advertises itself as an auto-diminished value appraisal business, when I approach this business, I asked the owner about the business process. She told me she would need to see the repair report, and based on the report she would come up with the appraisal on diminished value. I asked her how she would use the repair report? Would she ever sell it to anyone else? She said it was client privacy, she would not sell it to anyone. And she would only charge $250-$350 for the report

However when she called me in the afternoon, she did not mention any diminished value report, instead, she said she would send these reports to a string of places, with her inflated overwhelmingly ridiculous number on original value and loss value. I felt I run into a snake oil salesman. I asked her why she violated the trust and broke the commitment of not selling data to anyone. She said she's making a living on it. What a SCAM! Avoid this business at any cost!

I live in Oregon and my vehicle was totaled by a jerk. Farmers tried to give me nothing for my upgrades. Autoloss stepped in and I was able to get an additional $5000 more plus my $600 fee. Great job! Henry smith

AutoLoss was a life saver in getting my niece's car totaled out instead of just accepting the repair check from the insurance company. My niece had a brand new car with only 2500 miles that was going to cost 50% of the value just to repair, without taking into account the diminished value.
