Monica was to the point clear and helpful. She removed the stress and hassle off my plate. She included all of the work I had done on the car recently and reasonably increased the value to match. My Insurance company was trying to offer me around 1% of the value.

I also found her to be extremely quick to respond personally! I highly recommend her and her company.

I have money to actually replace my car now!

I felt very fortunate to find autoloss. My supervisor had told me about diminished value at lunch. I was in a wreck 2 Months ago and had never heard of diminished value. My supervisor explained it and advised me to talk to Monica, who owned autoloss. I made a few calls to my adjuster and the supervisor. I told them I was going to take them to court. I was able to get the full amount of my car claim. I took my supervisor to lunch for hitching me up with Autoloss. Great job! Brittany Lynn

I've used Autoloss twice now on two different total loss claims. Monica and her team have been very professional and helpful in both instances. Monica was able to get me ever $5,000 more than what progressive was offering me on my first claim, and $3000 more and they were offering me on my second claim. Point being the insurance companies are going to try to lowball you, and pay as little as they can. You need someone to fight for you to get the most money, and the true value of your vehicle anf that person is Monica! Very impressed

From start to finish, autoloss was there for us! Autoloss provided a detailed specific appraisal for our claim. Monica fisher was extremely, knowledgeable, easy to contact, and had an excellent team around her. I was able to settle my diminished value claim for $7800 in New York. I spoke with the other appraisers and they refused to take the claim in New York. My claim settled in 3 weeks I would recommend autoloss to anyone! Thanks for our help! Jeff vise, New york

I just got my refund check
September 30, 2017

My policy was maxed out and I was unable to get my diminished value check. Autoloss spent months on my case. Sending demand letters to the insurance company and working on my claim. Autoloss tried everything. Finally, they just offered to give me back my fee. I got the refund check 5 days later. I will go back again if I get hit again. Stephanie in Orlando

Unethical Behavior

I found this service online thinking I would be able to be directed on where to find out information on how to calculate Diminished Value Claims for being a licensed appraiser in Texas. Monica Fisher, Owner & CEO went on and on about having 20 years experience and was the owner. I then said I was thinking this was a training site where I could buy a course and asked her how she got started when she abruptly figured out I wasn't hiring her firm for a claim and said she was hanging up, and she did.
As a Texas All-Lines Adjuster Licence holder myself, with 40 hours of continued education, 2 hours of which were on ethics having a passing grade of 97 out of 100 %, she clearly did not cover that part and was very unprofessional, rude to say the least... unethical.
You couldn't pay me enough to hire these people. I had to choose 1 star to able me to leave my review but, I really choose... Zero-0 stars!

When I spoke with this person he stated he wanted to work for us. I told him we were not hiring and I did not know who was hiring. He continued to go on another 5 minutes about his qualifications and I told him numerous times I could not help him. I finally just hung up because he would not let me go and I had a deposition coming up. I don't think it is unethical behavior to not hire a person. I tried numerous times to gently tell him I could not help him but he would not let me get off the phone. I wish him luck on his job search. Monica Fisher

Looking on yahoo I found autoloss. Autoloss completed a comprehensive diminished value claim. Autoloss also turned the claim into State Farm also. State Farm sent me a check for $4500. A great service for people that need claim help.

This company is good to take payment asap and sends you instructions on how to get diminished value on vehicle and pretty much on your own and if you have any questions call them they will answer your call but cutt the phone call quick this is not what I expected for a big company I recommend hire company local where u can talk in person my mistake was Google that's how I got this company information this company is garbage! Don't waste your money with these people they don't help the way they say they pretty much leave you on your own and sad part is iam paying for there services don't waste your money with this company

I was ripped off by Autoloss, should have read these reviews first and don't believe the good reviews here please this is totally waste of money and time here totally rude people, once they get the $250 Monica shows the other face of her the ugly one that seems to be the real face of her!
She avoids call gives an attitude and tells me am not refunding you! Did not do me any good at all BEAWARE of them

We have numerous staff members to help all customers from start to finish. This client stated if she did not get her money back she would complete hundreds of bad reviews about our company. I am extremely happy I contacted Autoloss. My parked car was in a bad accident and I had tried to fight for diminished value myself and made no progress. I spoke with a few other companies and they said not to waste my time with this insurer unless I was prepared to go to court. I then contacted Autoloss and Monica and her team was confident that they could help me. After a few back and forths with the insurance company, I received an offer and eventually settled for an amount I was happy with.

Thank you to the auto loss team. You saved me a lot of headaches, time, and legal fees.

Very Happy Customer

I contacted this company last month after three of cars were totaled by hurricane Harvey.
The insurance company was not paying us the value we requested.
We were very upset and than I find Auto Loss company on line and cannot tell how happy we are they were able to get us little over 12K for all three cars.

What all the negative reviews say. In My Opinion, a humongous waste of time and money. Yep, Monica is your BFF until you run into problems. When that happens good luck getting a return call/email. And Monica can't even spell! Says a lot when a *cough* business sends emails and templates you are supposed to submit filled with gross typos! RUN. Please do yourself a favor and Do Not give them a dime. You can do better on your own for the *lack of* service they provide. Oh, and when you call Monica out, she turns into a petty little $#*!. The nastiest and most unprofessional *business* I have ever had the displeasure of hiring.

I wanted to extend my heartfelt thanks to you and your team for getting me top dollar on my vehicles diminished value. My vw Jetta was severely damaged and the final repair bill was over $8,500. At first the insurance company offered me $1,200. I contacted Autoloss and spoke with Monica. They provided me a DV report for $6,500. After going back and forth with the insurance company for a few months I settled for $6,200. I was very happy with the outcome as well as the service I received from autoloss. I had a 2008 Dodge Diesel Truck that was totaled in a crash. My insurance company offered me a valuation I didn't agree with. I contacted Monica and within hours she went to battle for me. Monica and her company were able to get me close to $7,000 more then the insurance company offered! Great customer service and I have already recommended her to family and friends.

Monica did everything for me, including submitting my claim to the insurer. After sending their own adjustor, the insurer settled my Diminishment of Value for $1,500.00 without argument or hassle. The repairs were just a bit over $1,000.00!

I had used AotoLoss.com before on a claim of 11,000.00, and settled for $9,000.00. I think that when the insurance companies discover that I knew about AutoLoss, they decided n my favor.

There are many other services that Monica offers such as help in negotiating, dealing with low-ball offers, etc., but I did not need that, as the company paid.

Diminishment of Value seems like an industry secret. My body man on the first claim tipped me off. So, as a result of THIS claim, I netted over $1,200.00 that I otherwise would have "left on the table."

I was given a discount for having a prior claim, and am absolutely satisfied.

After my less then 26k miles on my RAV4 Limited, (my retirement vehicle) was darn near totaled in an accident the value would be diminished if I choose to resale or trade it in.
When I mentioned my concerns to the mechanic that perform most of the structural/engine repairs he told me about "Auto Loss". I spoke with the owner regarding the situation, from there she did all the work for me! A report for the inherent diminution of value that my vehicle sustained from the collision was generated and submitted to the insurance parties.
Dealing with recovery and car repairs, was enough for me. Auto Loss did the rest! I highly recommend "Auto Loss" to anyone that experiences collision damage to your vehicle This was a smooth transaction! Perfection at it's best. This gal knows what she doing, Thank You!
