I was shopping for Eibach Sportline springs for my FIAT 500, and Autohance had the best price and free shipping. I figured I would have to wait a long time for shipping; that was not the case! I placed my order on July 31,2018 and the Eibachs arrived at my residence on August 3.

Easy to use
Everything was completely fine, but Autohance got my address wrong 3 yes after contacting them multiple times about it the first time. It took me nearly a week to receive my item, but even then I had to go to UPS to pick it up myself.
I don't mind doing that if it's somewhat local, but my package was sitting in LA (my city) for days and days with no update whatsoever.
I loved shopping and the prices are really good and customer service responded to me rather quickly.
Don't know what happened in the shipping department.
I would totally like to buy more products, but after this I don't think I will.

Decent experience. There was a stock issue so I did have to wait a little bit longer for my item. I was contacted saying they didnt have any in stock and gave me the option to keep or cancel my order.

I received my order on Saturday and installed the K&N High Flow Intake Kit that evening. It was easy to install and I was impressed with how well it was designed (I'm an engineer myself). It only took me about an hour to install. I was amazed at the increase in performance! I've got K&N Air Filters on all of my vehicles along with Tornado Fuel Savers, which was not available for this engine. The High Flow Intake Kit provided even better performance over a wider RPM range! I also noticed that the gas mileage has improved if I keep my foot out of it. The only down side is that it can be very noisy. However, I use that as an indicator that I need to back off the gas. It's made my HHR even more fun to drive! I would definitely recommend this kit.
