I looked on the site for a catalytic converter for my Jeep Grand Cherokee there was so many I couldn't figure it out I called them on the phone and ask them which one I should use no one asked me if my car was California or not and to be honest I didn't even know. They recommended want to me I bought it it was put on buy a local muffler shop and it was the wrong catalytic converter. They did nothing to help with this issue and I am out the money because my engine light keeps coming on. I called MagnaFlow about it and tell them the issue I was having and they knew right away and told me to go outside lift up my hood and tell me what the code was on the inside of the hood. That's when I found out my car was a California model. A regular consumer would not know if their car was a California car unless they had to do something with the catalytic converter there's no other items on my jeep that are different because it's California. This is the only company I've ever had an issue with ordering parts everybody else you call them up and they can help you find out what part you need and a lot of companies you can put your VIN number in to find the exact part. And on top of that they lied and said I never contacted anyone there.
I don't make Recommendations, people need to do the reasearch on their own in order to understand what they are purchasing. This site simply did not have enough information on the exact product and other details that are required
UPS was unable to deliver due to address error and the error could not be corrected. I was able to pick them up from the UPS will call however so no problem

The order took a while to arrive, when ordering from other sites, delivery seems to have been more quickly. The pads have been installed, however; they are not performing as hoped.
I have the same brand (I think) on two of my other MB's I have installed ceramic type pads on.
