I'm happy with my purchase I even made a 2nd order the next day due to the ease and smoothness of everything,However I had a issue with a gasket that I was unsure of it's reliability.I was contacted and instructed to send pics of damage.No one has reached back out to me and let me know that that would not bother or harm performance or it should be replaced.I sent a email back as a follow up and no reply.if it's ok to use and that's normal I'm fine with that I don't know but at least communicate that by phone or email.

Great prices
The website needs to be cleaned up and restructured. It doesn't have a good flow from page to page, and searching for vehicle specific parts (along with pictures/diagrams) is tedious, and often times the parts are not in the right category or even with the vehicle that it's made for.
However, the prices on most items were competitive, while at least 25% of the merchandise far exceeds amounts listed on most other websites that carry the same products.
Shipping was very fast, and partnering with Affirm was a smart idea.
Cheapest place by at least $100. Thank you. I'll definitely check with autohance in the future before buying something else

I ordered the MMOC-350z-03 (Oil Cooler) in black from MISHIMOTO on the Jan 2nd, their warehouse was shut down till the 7th for up dates, i called them that day to see if everything was good to go, they told me yes everything is in stock. I waited till the 11th and still did not receive any of my products, i called to see what the problem was and the put a hold on my order due to the item I requested being out of stock and it wouldn't be ready till Apri, I cancelled the order and told them to ship me the other items. The same day i found my item on AUTOHANCE they called me and said that the order would ship on the 14th, Product never came, so i called them on the 15th to confirm and they said that the item was out of stock because they ordered from Mishimoto, i told them that they were also out of stock. The guy told me he would check. He called me the next day and said i was right, i then told him to just send me the Chrome item instead of black and to ship it to me yesterday. He had it shipped out and on my doorstep by 3:00 the next day.
Customer service was good, mis information not so much, however they did ship my product pretty quick. At the end of the day Mishimoto is to blame not Autohance so thanks for helping me out
