Not to be trusted. They do not inform you with the correct information about the app and price. I think the correct information should be written before the purchase

When you ask for a refund they ignore you like they don't exist. I'm fed up and tired of them. DON'T ever do business with them. Pathetic customer service skills.

When i tried auto-forward service for Hacking an iPhone Max, it failed so i contacted a Silicon Valley tech savvy friend of mine introduced me to How to Hack an iPhone service provider... https://solidarityhacker.com/faq/ This Mobile Phone Spy App was able to give me an access link to a dashboard where i had access into all communications application on my partner's mobile device and had remote access to text messages, WhatsApp and Facebook messenger, Viber, Kik, and all other communication Apps on the target's device.

I got Auto Forward as a child monitoring tool although I was a bit skeptical. It did eventually wipe out any trace of skepticism as it delivered way more than I expected it to.

5/19/2020 DO NOT BUY THIS SOFTWARE! It does not work! But also they force you buy two additional packages at check out instead of just buying the software. It doubles the price. Both are supposedly meant to guarantee support and that the software works. However they do not stand true to their guarantee. You have 14 days to return the broken software and they drag it out so you go beyond the 14 days. There is no returning the software AND neither of the two additional purchases do they honor. YOU CANNOT CHECK OUT UNLESS YOU BUY THEIR ADDONS. Under no circumstances will you ever see your money ever again! HUGE SCAM!

Waited 3 months for a refund. I was charged $159 when the add said $6.99. I finally contacted the better business bureau. And got a refund within a few weeks...

Bought this service to monitor our 13yr old's phone. After the install we never got current pictures or texts and the GPS locator isn't even correct. We contact them (only available through email... no phone support) and they say it can take up to 48 hours. We wait the recommended time and it never updates. We contact them again and they say we need to uninstall and re-install and of course wait the 48 hours. We do that and get the same result as previous. All the while I'm asking in the email to just call me but they never do. We did this three times with no better results. At this point I ask (again... only by email) for a full refund because we are within the 14 day window. All we get are automated responses saying someone will contact me shortly but they never do. We started the "customer service" process on 7/29/21 and today it it 8/29/21 and there is still no refund or even a confirmation of one.
Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. I wouldn't even give them a 1 star if it would allow me.

I bought this product and was very excited to use it. Unfortunately, it never worked. I contacted support several times and never heard back. I tried to cancel my subscription from in product link, but it just presented me an error message. I requested a refund and was flatly denied and shown a link to the policy. The policy is a bit of a bait and switch. They suggest "money back guarantee if not fully satisfied" however that is not the case. Bascially you have 30 days, but if you don't like it or it doesn't work that doesn't matter. I am actually not quite sure what would allow for a refund, because by definition, i would need to use the product to decide if i wanted it or not. They say if you use it at all, you do not qualify for a refund. It is a terrible product, which doesn't work and the usability is blow mediocre and they draw you in with a 30 day "trial" but really once you pay, they aren't going to give your money back. I strongly recommend using something like teensafe. This is an unfortunate and sketchy business.

Activation link never received. Checked spam. Also NOT AS ADVERTISED. States the target phone can be added remotely. False. Also DOES NOT HIDE THE APP. Fighting via chat/email for refund. Total scam

I have been scammed a few times buying software line so I make it a point to post reviews as often as I can to alert people as to which product they can trust and which they cannot. This is a product that does work and can be trusted. I use it to monitor my son's phone and it worked very well. I didn't find any aspect of the program that did not match the advertised features. Before I bought the program I called the number on the website just to find out if it was a legit company and it was. Kind, courteous people answer the phone who were very capable of answering the questions I had. Honestly, I asked a few inane questions just to see if they knew they were talking about because I had already done quite a bit of research about this type of product so I knew most of the answers. You will not regret buying this program you will not need to have the phone and it works very well. If you have troubles you can always call them. I did and they were there to help. Hope this helps someone who just needs to know.

My daughter is the rebellious type. She always does exactly the opposite of what I ask from her. I heard from my friend who was one of their teachers that my daughter is getting involved with some "emo" group in school, and that this group was into drugs.

I have seen Auto Forward on Youtube once and the software made an impact to me. I knew it was something I could really use.

So I purchased the software, installed in secretly on my daughter's phone and then I started tracking her cell phone activities.

We had a huge argument a week ago wherein I took away her credit card (but not her phone, of course!)

In the middle of the night, she sneaked out and took the keys and drove away in my car. If it weren't for the dog, I wouldn't have woken up.

So I took my computer and tracked her location using Auto Forward's GPS locator feature. My husband and I drove to the location and found her with the "emo" group she loved to hang out so much with.

After another argument and force, we were finally able to take her back home.

Up until now, she's wondering how we were able to trace her location that night she ran away. Lol! :)

I purchase the software which didn't work and the support team could not resolve the problem. I was granted a refund on 9th June which was never received. I sent serveral emails which I had no reply to and called from the uk and was told I would get call back from supervisor. Still waiting... No reply or call back or refund. I would not recommend buying from these people and agree with other views that this is a scam. I m thinking of seeking legal advice... PLEASE BE CAREFUL BUYING ANYTHING FROM AUTO FORWARD

I rarely write review about company but I am taking my time this morning to help other potential consumers. I purchased the software from autoforward since 4/4/16, now it is 4/9/16 I still don't receive any data when I log in to my account. They tell you witching 48hrs you should receive data from the target device but they are lying. When contact them they say I will start receive data soon which never happens. I requested for a refund before my 10days grace period, they told me I used the product key therefore o could not a refund. I had to disputed the charge with my credit card company which I don't know what will happen. This company is robbing people. I am asking you all you want to find out if your loved one is cheating, please stay away from auto-forward. Please look at other software instead. I had to write this review to help future cunsumers.If you read my review and stool decide to go with them, you will see what I am talking about.At least I do my job as victim to help future victim. I hope this review help you.
