This app promises to provide you with the ability to monitor a phone's text messages, social media use and web browsing "secretly" and all of that is FALSE! If you are an iPhone user it will only do the following: GPS(which is already an iPhone feature) Contacts and Photos for anything else you have to clone the users phone! RIP OFF! Check out the email I received from customer service. The "key logger" feature that is mentioned in the email is a bunch of garbled mess that makes no sense.

Auto Forward worked great for me. It was just like the guy said in the video. It connected to the phone after I entered the phone number and got everything I needed to see. The only thing that wasn't so great was the call recording. I noticed that any call more than 10 minutes in length took a long time to upload (maybe 5 to10 minutes). I know, thats not a terribly long time, but when you're anxious for the info 5 to 10 seconds is a long time.:-)

All in all It's a very good app and easy to use. I'd recommend it.

Bought this spy software cause it said you didn't need to have access to the phone but not true at all. So I had access to the phone and did everything it said and waited a week and kept saying same $#*! about the phone being setup. It never gave me nothing and after talking to them it was still the same nothing. So I emailed them for a refund and they said that I couldn't because I already downloaded it and I emailed again and then they said that I was going to get my refund and said it would be returned in 3 to 5 days and nothing and that was only after saying I would give them I very negative review. I have emailed them a number of times after that and now they don't even return my emails what a joke. I wouldn't recommend this product to no one, it is a complete scam.

After purchasing their product, we received the instructions on how to install it and realized that we wouldn't be able to install it on our device. I contacted the company (THE ONLY way to contact them is through e-mail), and they replied through e-mail that they would issue a refund and it would take 5-7 days to appear on my card. After the 7 days, I contacted them again, indicating I had not received the refund and they said they had had a problem and I should see it in 2-3 days. When I didn't get the refund, I contacted them again and was told they put a tracer on it and I should see it in 2-3 days. After this went on for a month, I replied saying I still hadn't received the refund and they have completely ignored my e-mails. I have sent 5 e-mails now, with no response back. If that's the type of customer service they offer, you don't want to have anything to do with this company!

This is a complete & total SCAM! This company should be shut down for fraudulent practices. The program doesn't work at all and they refuse to refund your payment if you "activate the license key" which obviously is necessary in order to find out it doesn't work. I am in the process now of disputing the transaction with my credit card company.

DO NOT BELIEVE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS and purchase unless you're willing to throw your money away.

I purchased their autoforward software after reading that you do not need to have the phone in your possession. As soon as they sent the instructions, that proved to be a lie. So I immediately requested a refund. This was May 7th 2021. Margaux Johnsons and Fran Ferrara promised several times that it would be sent ($129.97) to me. Here we are a month later, and STILL NO REFUND. These people are scammers. DO NOT EVEN THINK OF BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM.

A friend recommended using Autoforward when my son got into bad company a few months ago. Without Autoforward, it would not have been so easy for us to find out the root of the problem

I had the worst experience with these guys STAY AWAY FROM THEM! I I bought the app, remote installed it, waited a few days, and still didn't work. I went to tech support I explained the problem they told me they knew about the problem, so I asked for money back then I got email from JACQUELINE ROBINSON saying no refund because I registered the key to activate app, even though the problem is not on my end but on theirs and on their website it clearly says "100% money back"

This software is fantastic! I was able to spy on my husbands phone from literally miles away without having it. Naturally, I didn't believe the hype, but after I bought the software and start using it, it is easy to see why so many people have had so much success using this program. It really does work every bit as good as they say it does. What I liked best was the exceptional reporting. I think I got every single text message that was on the phone plus ones that were deleted a long time ago. When I bought the program I asked them how far back the program will it extract text messages. They told me they didn't know that it depended on the phone's memory. I said, okay, I'll give a shot. I'm glad I did. I don't think it was one text message in that phone that I didn't get. The call recording was pretty good too. Nice clear, crisp recordings. The GPS I didn't use that much, but when I did it was pretty accurate also. There isn't anything about this app I didn't like. If your parent or betrayed spouse or anybody, you will have a good experience with this program.
