I apologize that you are not completely satisfied with the software, however, your license key has been activated and your not eligible for a refund. Please keep in mind that your license key never expires, it will remain active until you are able to use the software at any point in the future.
If if fn thing doesn't work now what good will it be in the future.?

I canceled and still have not seen a refund after many email discussions. It has been two months. Now it has been a couple of weeks since the last email and no response has been returned. Don't waste your money

Yesterday I was chilling and scrolling through the app store looking for an affordable app that might come in handy one day. Then I saw this monitoring app from Auto Forward, I was surprised after I saw all the features and that I only needed to pay one time to enjoy all these amazing features. I am excited to try this app for my kids as soon as I go back to work.

Product is not as advertised. You do not get most of what they claim you get for the money. I requested a refund and they quickly responded they would issue a refund. However, 2 months later and excuse after excuse from a glitch in their system, to they fixed it and it's being processed to than saying wait another 3 to 5 days multiple times still no refund and they have stopped responding. DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT

I must say that this was a very good application for me to use. It was very easy to understand. Very easy to start using and it made the data from the telephone. Easy to read in the online account. I did notice that when the device had an Internet connection that data uploaded more quickly than when it did not. This wasn't really a big deal because I don't think I had to wait more than 5 to 10 minutes for the data to appear in my account anyway. For some this might be an issue but for me it was not. I took advantage of the call recordings and listened to just a few. Nice clean recordings that were easy to hear with good sound quality. All in all this is a very good app and will serve people well will looking to monitor a mobile device. I could see how something like this could be misused when put in the wrong hands.

They write on their page that the phone is not needed and then i bought it and discovered that you should download it on the other phone
I emailed them and requested a refund
They sent me many emails each one saying that you will be refunded within 3-5 business day and more than a month has passed and there is no refund So they are a fraud

To some extent I was just so down and tired about my husband sudden change in attitude, he is always on to his phone. I was so much bothered and I contacted Support@ hacker4wise com he helped me spy and gave me access to his cell phone which I got his messages and mails also the long deleted messages

It clearly says that this works with iPhones it does not work with iPhones we use a 2013 iPhone pro max it does not work with it you follow all the rules with the IT department you're supposed to get a refund they will not refund you it does not work with iPhones

I'm giving everyone a warning about these people, I bought there product for $69.99. The product didn't work for me so I asked for a refund. On June 13,2020 I was told it would take 4 to 6 business days, I still don't have my refund. I was told they put a tracker on my refund, but it doesn't make sense because they don't have my mailing address. They advertise a refund, but jerk you around instead of telling people the truth, there is no refund. I will be turning them over to the better business bureau after I let my attorney get ahold of these con artists. DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR PRODUCT.

SCAM! This product and company are a complete are a complete and total scam. The product, for iPhones, does absolutely nothing that the website advertises. No social media, no email, no photos, no videos, no current text or phone records. There isn't even a jailbreak option for iOS. I spent two days emailing Kevin from their customer service department, and was told there was nothing that could do. And NO REFUND could be given because I had already downloaded and tried to use the program. Total SCAM and FRAUD. They should be jailed for what they are doing. It's criminal.

This app shows NO information! It doesn't show full conversations in sms, does not show real time location or street. You cannot open any apps including photos or social. Oh and if you do want deeper information, there is ADDITIONAL fees for it all EVERYTIME!

Bought it and I'm glad I did. It worked great! Nice and easy to use. Customer support was great and very helpful. I wasn't really sure how to use it I called them for a little assistance. The woman I spoke with was very nice and very helpful. She made it sooo easy to start using the program. I probably could have figured it out but I was a bit impatient. The really cool thing was that thee software pulled texts from last year that I thought were deleted. It gor the freshly deleted ones too! Which were the ones I really wanted. Very satisfied with my purchase of this product. Very useful.

Here's where I'm going with these guys. Please do the same.
