Beautifully packed is the first thing you see when it arrives. After it's removed from its special box you see a solid made fully sewn flag with chrome rope fitting attached. It's great. Let's see how it handles the strong winds here

I have bought several flags now, and all of them have been excellent. They are well made, and handle regular outdoor use well. Have not noticed any fading in the sun, and appreciate the rust-free solid brass eyelets.

The website was user-friendly and the flag arrived very quickly. I can't really comment on the quality because it's not been taken out of the box yet, it's a Christmas present for my son. I did have a peek and it looks amazing. Thankyou Australian Flagmakers from my very patriotic family.

I had no idea what I needed to do to order a single flag for a gift however these guys were exceptional around offering advice on the product and ensuring the images were going to work. Turnaround time and quality of the flag was really exceptional! If I had to ever order another flag I'd definitely use them!

The experience was overall very good. The only difficult thing I had was finding specifications for each flag on the site - it would have been helpful if the website had a standard specs table for each product that show material, dimensions, etc. Instead it was in the prose underneath each flag.
