The courier company took too long for what should be "express post". I paid for the convenience of not having to drive and pick it up yet it took 3 days to arrive.

The only small complaint I would make is that I was advised that delivery would be by courier, who apparently just delivered it to my local PO (rural area). This is quite ok (in fact I prefer it that way) but it would have been good to received a text from the courier to advise this was going to happen instead of me waiting around for the courier to arrive.

Really happy with the quality, my client compared the new flag to their old one, you could see the extra stitches and the sleeve just felt more steady.
As a trade customer it makes a great selling point being able to show the better quality.
