Auction time worked really well. No complaints there. The excavator I bought based of pictures though from Renken Auctions was not the one they actually sold me. I didn't get what I thought I was buying, so that was disappointing. They did work with me to try to make it right, so I am happy about that.
So far so good I've not completed the transaction yet. I Plan to finish the deal next week.

If I could make this a zero or negative I would. I bought a trailer through an auction from them and was ran around for 24 hours trying to get answers on who and where to pay, transferred store to store claiming the guy responsible for banking wasn't anywhere to be found whenever I called to pay them money. Only to be told through a voicemail 2 days later, they never had a trailer available, but yet they had posted 3 for sale through the auction site. Somehow they even added a buyers premium the day before the auction ended, and yet they didn't have a trailer available. They also had to type in a full description of said trailer, VIN included along with the auction site, but yet again, supposedly no trailer available. This company never offered to make it right or compensate my time for the runaround, and complete disregard for how auction sites work. Never tried to help me find a trailer, that I needed, and still need, mind you. Never followed up to earn my business after this screw up.
Imagine if I 'sold' them something and just decided it was too cheap and rather than try to make it right, just cold turkey decided to bulk a sale. What kind of business runs this way?
As a farmer and trucker I would never recommend this company to anyone. The auction company tried to help me out but of course can't force someone to do anything but just slap them on the wrist and will notify the correct parties of this.
Companies like this need to be held accountable for their poor business ethics and put on blast for not following through.

Horrible would five a zero of I could give zero, bid on trailer and won it. To get a call say it already sold to someone else. No compensation or consequences for the seller.
Computer bids not good the sellers families bid for the same items to raise the prices.
Went really well. Good experience sold quite a bit of stuff on auctiontime first time winning the bid on something I was trying to get. Almburg's are pretty good people! The site is very easy to use.

It was easy to register and the bidding process was quick and simple This was my first time bidding and buying on Auction Time and I will buy again from this site.
Glad you had a good experience on our site. We appreciate the feedback. Thank you Quinlan.
Bids were taken very timely. Did have to wait any to see what was high bid. The item being bid on was well represented
Thanks for the feedback, Lon
I got the item for less than my max bid which is nice to see. I was unable to watch the auction close so I put in a max bid
Thanks for using AuctionTime, Eric! You're absolutely correct - when you set a max bid, you can win the item for less than your maximum amount, as long as there are no other competing bids driving up the price.
I like how I was able to just pay Midwest machinery while I picked up the tractor. The bidding was as described in the terms.
It was a good experience. I really like the no buyers premium.
Thanks Matt!
Even though I won the item the process was Highly irregular and suspicious for illegal activity. Kept getting outbid alerts even though the bid amount was far lower than my submitted bid amount. Please investigate the bid for lot number of the asset I won 2022 Great Dane reefer trailer. The process was not fair and I may have been caused to overbid unnecessarily for an asset I should have won at a lower bid price.
Good Morning Jonathan
Following up on my phone call, I would like to respond to you here also. Reviewing the auction bid history, you and the runner up bidder were using max bids on 6/26/2024 from 12:38 pm to 12:45 pm. I am assuming that you were watching your computer while you were upping your max bid. Then when you went back and saw the outbid emails AFTER you had already changed your bid, it looked like you were getting outbid emails when you were technically in the lead. I hope this clarifies any confusion.
The auction process was great. I would like to see a confirmation of winning. I would also like to see an invoice sent to me that shows who and how much will be paid.
Thanks Aaron! Also, you are able to sign up to receive a winning bidder notifications under you account preference in the upper left-hand corner under your name or log in.
I had used site in the past. Logged in at end of auction with no problem. Ended up being high bid. Don't know if that's good or bad! Very efficient process.
Mark, thank you for the review. Glad you were able to access the site with ease.
I believe that some sellers-especially dealers are abusing the rules of auctiontime especially the rule of price manipulation--I have watched the countdown to the conclusion of an auction many times and if a higher bid is offered it extends the the timeframe of the auction as it should--however I have seen the time extend without the price increasing--I have seen the same item previously sold return to the auction site a month later and the same process recurring--if the dealer has a reserve price it should be stated instead of trying to push a higher price thru the auction process--I can provide specific examples if wanted but I believe auctiontime knows what is going on---Jeff
Abe Fehr, Brownfield TX USA, first time bidder and first time buyer, it was wery easy to register with Auction Time, and also very easy to bid, overall great experience I'll bid again if I find other items that I'm interested in, in also would definitely recommend Auction Time to anyone else, thanks
Thanks for the feedback, Abe!
It was good called ask about what I purchased was told now waiting on it to get here and see but have been pleased with what I've bought in the past thank you
HI Greg, glad to hear! Thank you for the feedback.
I was really disappointed when i had the bid up to 20 seconds left and did not win. I was never given the chance to bid again. Need to put in an extended time with bids come in the last second.
I bought a logging truck that auction time solicited me to bid on, I won the bid and owner of the truck just refused to release truck claiming there was a reserve the whole experience cost me money and time and was a waste of my time—— update talked clear to owner of Norman auction Jordan he was no help and when pushed to do something or supply me with coppies of contracts they claim to have that owner signed proclaiming it assigned to unreserved auction and free of leans resorted to calling names and yelling use Richie bros for your buying and selling not fly by night creeps like Norsman auctions
It is the second time that I have participated in an auction and on both occasions the experience has been good, mainly in the speed of registering and bidding, it would be very good if some auctioneers reduced their premiums.
Thanks for using AuctionTime, Jesús!
Had been searching for a zero turn mower for a couple of weeks when I came across Tractor House on Auction Time. Found a new zero turn from dealership with auction that ended in five days. Was able to contact dealer directly which I did several times to be confident in my bidding. Liked how I was able to enter my max bid and my bid was increased as needed, didn't need to be there at end of auction. This was a good thing because I was on the golf course as auction ended. Found out on thirteenth fairway I was high bidder. Made arrangements at nineteenth hole to pickup my new zero turn.
Will in Dalhart Texas was great to work with. Looking forward to the next auction.
Thanks for the feedback!
Answer: Hi Mohammad, Thanks for reaching out with you question. Each seller has the option to put a Buyers Premium on the listing. If will be displayed under the price with either "No Buyers Premium", or it will display "View Buyer's Premium" to see the added amount that will be charges to the final price. So definitely pay close attention to the listing that you are bidding on. Good Luck! -Mitch
