Hi there I have purchased ebike from Alibaba application.and the company called Dongguan Chuangen Technology Co., Ltd. And my agent was "Helen CAO"
The company is not trustworthy, the shipping says on Alibaba sea freight. And my agent says shipping via train. From China. And she approved my ebike as received? And I haven't received it** So now I'm desputing with PayPal to get hold of them! I hope! So beware even on Alibaba says trustworthy but is not it could be fakes company in China! Likes this one try to scam any of you. Like me very bad experience. Now more the 60 days and I haven't received my ebike. She keeps saying is almost in Europe! What such lie.

Alibaba approved the refund as the supplier sent different good quality, Alibaba always tried to protect the Chinese supplier although I did the order through Trade Assurance & the inspection report showed the poor quality of the goods. Alibaba agreed t send the refund & confirmed that they will send the money back to although the refund was less than 50% of the goods value. 2 months passed & they didn't send the money, they keep giving false promises & false documents that they refund the money to My bank. I advised everyone to know that

How would you feel to wake up 1 day and to find that these scums have charged your expired MasterCard with $9,000, without even MasterCard to find out in how they did it, without me or MasterCard receiving any authorisation or other request?

You may say it is magic!

Well, what ever way they did that, their act constitutes a CRIMINAL ACTION, DESERVING THE COMPANY TO BE PUNISHED AND CLOSED DOWN.

Need not to say, when I made the an earlier claim, instead of investigating my claim and refunding me with the money they charged me even an extra 3% for this non-existent protection, they started retaliating me; first by blocking my account for 36 hours, me not being able to pay for my orders, and then by blocking almost all of my debit and credit cards.

It seems they grew so big, even the Chinese law firms are afraid and refusing of accepting cases against them.

Their latest attempt to steal money without my knowledge and consent, gives me the right to warn people and advice them NOT to buy from these crooks and if you have used a credit card already, please cancel it, as you will run the same risk of being robbed like me!

I do thank Hellenic Bank and MasterCard for reversing back the money stolen within 24 hours!

I wait from them now to refund me the other $9,000 Alibaba is refusing to refund me.

By the way, their real name is not Alibaba but Ali Baba, the chief of the 40 thieves!

Was sold counterfeit nvidia graphics cards. They were supposed to be " no brand 1060 6gb cards. " the device i. D was modified to lie and say 1060 6gb when they were clearly GTS 450 models as per GPUZ report. They also contained nvidia trademark stickers. I Provided clear evidence they were counterfeit and they refused to refund my purchase. Then I started getting whatsapp scam attemp messages after complaining to alibaba. I rarely use whatsapp but alibaba request your whatsapp info so clearly the scam attempts are through their website.

Best online store for me I can get all I need anytime and anywhere with the cheapest price and every time I have required date for the delivery it always arrived on or before my ETA

I never got my refund! Plus this company charged my account two times without my consent. Shady company.

I have often heard that alibaba.com is full of counterfeits. Every now and again I search the internet for my own handmade greeting cards just to see what comes up and to see how high my own website comes up in the search. Every time recently I have found yet another scam website claiming to have stock of my cards that only I have possession of. This time I found some of my cards on alibaba.com, probably more than I actually saw, maybe all of my online ones, and the only differences are the price and a place to click on to fill in a form to get quotations. They won't be able to exactly duplicate what I've made, and I am virtually certain that the quality will not even come close if they try. They stole my images and description off of amazon.com when I had them for sale there, but their images are blurry and the whole listing of the one I was looking at is about as schlocky as alibaba are. I suppose that maybe I should be flattered that so many scam websites are stealing my designs, except that none of them have them in stock as they claim nor will they get them from me, and should anybody on alibaba try to duplicate them the buyer will get an inferior product, as well as a stolen design.

Our first transaction with Alibaba was the worst experience we had in the last 20 years in business. We purchased some stock to the value of USD 1200 to try out a factory. About 60% of the stock arrived to us damaged and 10% of the stock was wrong – in other words 70% of the stock we cannot sell and it is going in the rubbish bin.
We then opened 2 claims for the damaged stock, one with the factory (Shenzhen U Decoration Materials Co., Ltd) and one with the shipping company. After multiple emails back and forth, Alibaba said the factory and the shipping company were not responsible for the damage as "the damage was not big and it is difficult to say who caused the damaged". Nice one!
Regarding the incorrect stock that we didn't order but we paid for, the factory actually admitted liability for the mistake in writing but Alibaba said the stock was close enough to what we wanted so the best they could do was 50% refund. Unbelievable!
Throughout this whole experience, it was very obvious to us that Alibaba was on their Country seller's side at all times. And Alibaba simply refused to answer our clear and simple questions about their refund rules and other basic questions that we had. They have a very vague script and they stick to it repeating the same story in every email. Alibaba's service is sub-standard and their impartiality is non-existent. And by the way the Trade Representative, simply closed the case with ZERO refund. What a joke.
If you think Trade Assurance protected you, think again. And buying product from Shenzhen U Decoration Materials, it should NEVER be on your list.
We personally will stay away from Alibaba in future.
