I give them a star because they answer my calls but the service is the worst, they lie to you, they charge you for services that they do not give you and the reimbursement is blatantly stolen. I do not understand how they have not yet been sued for defrauding customers. That company should be fined and closed for the good of others.
We were lied to by a phone rep. Increased our bill by over $100.00 per month. Took four hours on phone to correct. The changes that had to be made to correct bill resulted in our installment plan being cancelled. They billed us for the balance of the plan. We were not told about this in advance. Do not do business with AT&T wireless. They are criminals.
AT& T is doing a good job with customer service. The only thing is we seem to get a lot of bills from them. We have two separate bills for our business and one for home, I wish they would have one bill for business but they said they cannot. We received our $100 Visa rebate from them with no hassles.
The website is such a mess... not so user friendly... I did an upgrade of my line and my account was immediately charged. Since the website defaults to a 64 GB iPhone, I only realized later. I needed to change it to a 128 GB phone. I couldn't. Was asked to wait until after 4 hours to cancel the order. Which means I will have to re-do this order.
I have tried for days now to get my bill taken care of, and they hang up on you if they don't like what you have to say. You go to the store and they can't help you with the bill, you get told you have to call in. Absolutely the worse company I have ever dealt with. We have tried to add me to the bill, to be able to make changes to the account for months now, and still can't get me added. Ask for a supervisor and you get put on hold, then told the supervisor will call you back, and doesn't. It's all BS with this company and trying to get a bill fixed that they screwed up in the first place. What kind of people work for this company?
Internet doesn't work outage almost for 2 month, No one's at call center would like to resolve issue and AT&T informed that the technician can come to fix the problem in 5 days, since 03/25 and they will send the technician I keep calling hey saying the outage is done but still the internet is not working and today 06/01 and they didn't sent anyone, this is ridiculous and it is what they say to their "valued customer", fake commercial, they do not provide a good service and they don't care if you need the internet to work remotely had to go to Starbucks to work from there. Be careful when choosing this provider, you can be very disappointed.
Trust me this company isn't organized and everything is SUPER complicated. I thought I was going to get my $800 applied for trading in old Samsung, well that didn't happen bc they flagged the phone as being on the black list. What a joke! I keep trying to log onto the My AT&T App and there is a glitch that won't allow me to. Also when I called customer service they don't even recognize my number for assistance. When I tell you to steer clear of this company PLEASE LISTEN! I have only been a customer 30 days and it's been a turbulent start. I called this morning about my Mom landline for repair. I had to speak to 6 different people and stay on the line for 45 minutes before I spoke with the right person. I'm still not sure the problem will be resolved. She has had the same problem before. And its still not resolved. Can you not do better than this. My Mom is 92 and lives by herself. She needs her phone.
I would give no stars. The man who set my boyfriend and my phone up when we switched, put my installment plan (i traded my phone in) on my boyfriends phone instead of mine. My boyfriend switched carriers because we dont get service at home with att, and now im completely screwed. They took my trade in, and because the idiot switched the installments to the wrong phone, im being charged full price for the phone (700 more dollars) just to keep my service! Quoted $179/mo plus tax get bill it's $249/mo plus tax. Sales agent lied about options and cost of options. Customer service continued to give misinformation and over charge my bill. I have to call and spend hours on the phone to get my bill corrected every month but still have to pay the $249/mo. The phone service is not worth the bill. I would have stayed with Verizon better service and customer care.

I have to call them every single month. They say they'll fix the problem and the next month I get a bill with the problem not fixed. They say they'll call you back. They don't. They never do anything they say. And English is obviously not their first language. Sometimes I have to hang up
And call back just so I can talk to a different person I can possibly understand. And plan on spending at least an hour on the phone when you call because you'll have to be transferred to several different departments before you get to the right one.
Very poor service, internet drops 3 or 4 times/day, maybe more. They also increase you bill $3 to $5 per month. When you call to complain, they decrease the rate as if they are doing you a favor, they wait 1 month then the begin adding the $3 to $5 per month again. They also tell you your equipment is outdated and you need new equipment, they give you a number to call for the new equipment... that person wants to run a test. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing!
This the worse company to deal with in terms of customer service. I was with the company for years and when I tried to leave they made it almost impossible to switch my phone to the new company and then after I left they did not cancel my service and charged me for a extra month. When I refused to pay the put it, they put it on my credit report and called me continually for $57. I disputed the charge and they still kept it on my credit. I finally just paid the amount to get rid of them. Don't use this service you will regret it! They suck!

My mom's bill went up because of fraud on her account that was set for auto debit. When we called and they told us that she was charged for a restoral fee. They said I can call back Once the billing cycles shows the charge and ask for that to be waved. We called back and spoke with the representative and was told they cannot honor waving the restoral charge because the previous operator did not document it properly. So the customer is faulted because the last operator did not document it properly. I know the calls are also recorded so that seems like just another lie. Please AT&T don't treat your customers like they're stupid.
I'm dropping calls from my house and I can't even download emails on my phone and I have an unlimited plan with AT&T. I am not in a rural area but I can't get decent service at home. I have to use Wi-Fi just for phone calls and heaven forbid I need to send a picture as a text message to an android phone. That cannot happen at my house. I literally have to leave my house and drive down the street a ways before I can send an attachment to an android phone.
Waited half an hour to load weather radar. Not being able to access this info due to ATTs horrible service could be very dangerous and even deadly. So many deadspots it is ridiculous! Can not get service in town even. Don't believe me...go to Fremont Indiana and see how long it takes to get online while you're in the middle of town. ATT SUCKS!
