I have had e mail problems for over a year with Att. Can't access my e mails on my phone or computer. I have called them over 20 times already and they cannot help me. I have to continually change passwords and go through the account process about 3 times a day. Sometimes it works for not even a whole day. I have 3 e mail accounts, two being business. If you leave a message when you have a claim... they will never call you back. They give you wrong tech support numbers. Etc. I am very frustrated and waste so much of my time with them. Don't use them. Useless employees. They don't really care.
Att has the worst customer service. Your talking to a computer rather than a person that can understand and comprehend. They suspend and deactivate your account with less than the minimum payment due. The bill always comes in 2 weeks rather than monthly And they give you no grace period. If there was a better option for Wi-Fi or cell service I would jump immediately.
Att now charges its customers $99.00 for service calls. They offer no solutions when on premises but expect you to pay. Horrible experience. So frustrating. When attempting to contact customer service it becomes a blame game. The customer is wrong as far as they are concerned.
Subscribing AT&T was a big mistake. There are significant hidden charges. Every month I had to pay about 30-60% more than it was in my contract. AT&T used every opportunity to make few extra dollars. You will pay for purchases you never made. You will pay for extra data even even though you do not use phone internet at all. You will have a choice of entering the next billing cycle after the end of contract or pay significant charges for each phone even if you cancel contract on the day it ends. After ending service you may find yourself waiting many days before you can unlock your phones because your bills have to be cleared even though you already paid everything in full. You will find yourself calling AT&T several times to solve a simple issue and later find that it was not solved despite promises. Customer service is aggressively dishonest.
I was a customer of AT&T for over 20 years until they kept jacking up the price. Then I finally cancelled my cell phone service. When they bought out DirecTV, they turned an amazing service to absolute crap. They eventually raised my rates so much that I cancelled that too.
I overpaid them $40 and they refused to send MY money back to me. Instead they sent me a visa gift card which has all these ridiculous fees attached if you don't use the card every single month. The only issue is that most places charge a higher amount onto a card when making a purchase (such as a gas station running $100 test charge before running the actual charge). As a result, half my purchases would come up as declined and I was never able to use the card and it eventually expired. Because of the fees, I lost all the money on the card.
This scam artist company knew this would happen and is why they refuse to send people a refund and a gift card instead.
Really unhappy with AT&T; they charge way too much for their services and offer very little. I bought a house in a remote area, and the salesman assured me my phone would work at my new house. The day I moved in, no bars at all. Customer service is dismal with many transfers and little resolutions of problems. Going to cancel as soon as I can and never go back.
As soon as I pay this phone off with them I am Done, They give vets " discounts " which really do not knock much off. Send you emails and bogus special offers then when you inquire about them the price jumps to 3x the amount. Almost 2 years with these guys... tired of the BS.
We have been trying you end our contract and att will not let us. I was warned and didn't believe it, but here we are. The phone support told us to go to the store to disconnect service. The store refused to help and the worker actually stated "I'm not doing this right now" and walked away when we tried to ask questions about why we can't get our service disconnected. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I've had terrible service on multiple occasions, which is why we left in the first place.
For the general public, this company is not what they designed for you. Don't let yourself get carried away, because my step was that I was going to shut down in a little 5 months and they sent me the bill for $100 dollars more per month. They are scammers. I don't recommend them to anyone.
All in the title, while I'm at home my service is so abysmal that my phone might as well be a fridge. Cannot call, text, or receive either while I'm inside my house. This includes times I'm hooked up to our wifi. Worst service on the planet, and I'm leaving for literally anything else as soon as $#*!ing possible.
Listen AT&T - I didn't want to leave you as a mobile customer, but after moving from Montana to Kentucky, we received a local offer from a carrier that was too good to pass up. When I called to discuss my last bill, I was finally connected to Denise. She is amazing. She listened to me - like, really listened. Previous customer service experiences were met with apathy when I requested a prorated last bill since I only had coverage for 10-days. Denise listened to me, and worked hard for me - even though I was no longer an AT&T customer. It's because of experiences like this, that I will not write AT&T off. If you have good advocates taking care of your customers, even former customers, we'll stay or come back. Smart hiring with her. Great job, Denise.
AT&T charged me for an entire billing cycle because I cancelled my account one day after the start of a new billing cycle. They offered to reverse the charge but maintained that the account would be outstanding (and of course go to collections). Cancel your account on time if you choose to go with a less expensive provider. The monopoly on wireless cell services is too bad.
My internet went out, had to make 3 calls before I got someone to talk to. This took 3 hours. The guy that answered my call was so hard to understand. He took all these tests and concluded my modem was bad. Two days later I get a new one, hooked it up, and no internet.
Another 3 hours on the phone listening to their music and promotions. Finally get a person and spend another 2 hours with his tests. Decides I need a technician to fix the problem. Have to wait 4 days for him to arrive.
Total frustration with this company. Will be dropping them soon.
AT&T wireless, U-verse, home phone, and internet do not value their customers. Their customer service is dated. You have to spend too much time with the automated operator, on the phone telling people your name, and being transferred to someone different after you have explained what you are calling for. It is all too time-consuming. There are better rates available. They market new clients with better options than their current customers and raise current customer rates. From an over 20 year customer. Try something different.
I switched my phone service from Verizon to Att. What a nightmare! Customer service is horrific, service even worse. I switched back after 3 days and they charged me $168 for 3 days of service, THEN turned around and billed me another 40.93. This place is crooked beyond anything you can imagine. Go anywhere but here it's the WORST. Plus good luck trying to get to a person after they sucker you in. RUN
Twice we signed up for promotions with AT&T. Twice there were hidden fees that made the promotion not worth while. Twice I felt slimed. The first time was five years ago. They offered us a free iPad. I grilled them on the phone about hidden costs. They insisted there were none. There was a monthly service fee that we had no intention of affording. By the time we found out about it, they refused to let us out of it. More recently, I signed up for internet service on a promotion with two weeks to cancel. I cancelled, and they billed me anyway. They honor they put in writing. What the sales person says out loud is not tracked, and according to them, never happened.
AT&T store, website, and call center, no service what's happening on the other two services. If you're getting a refund, don't get excited after your first call to the call center. Waite for at least 3-6 months.
AT&T are scammers. Everytime I've sent in a phone after an upgrade they try to tell me they never received the phone. My bill is supposed to sit at a cool $177.38 and they up charge every time with random charges that just make no sense. My bill is right now sitting at almost a grand for absolutely no reason. Do NOT use AT&T.
One month ago I bought 2 new prepaid plans for one year. Each cost $400. Unfortunately, my husband passed away. AT&T refused to refund any money. That is immoral. As a female my income is cut more than in half and I know $400 is nothing to a huge corporation, but a lot to me. A rating of 1 because I can't give lower.
Was talking to a lady on the phone about my bill and what I was paying for that made it so high and she was so rude and unhelpful about the whole situation then when I asked to speak to someone else because of her attitude she hung up the phone after going through multiple representatives to help me with my situation. Completely unprofessional and rude. Seems like they don't know to much about how customer service works. Would highly not recommend.
Answer: Terrible service, this is the worst service I've ever had. Canceled all services with this company after my customer service experience. Customer service is horrible, their service in general is horrible, and they don't offer anything I can't get at any other competitors store. I wouldn't recommend service or work with this company, they are discriminatory and bias. All they do is take advantage of you and try to sell you stuff that you don't need so they can raise their commission. If you want to be serviced by a bunch of dilettantes, this is the place for you, bad service, work, and experience, Joshua at legacy village has terrible customer service experience.
Answer: At this point I am so disgusted with a T and T your customer service skills are horrible they don't help you out they keep transferring you to different departments just to get you off the phone they do not like to resolve problems and promises that they made they do not keep their promises they get you into getting into their products and getting their commission and then they screw you out of what they promise you I do advise anybody to go through a TNT they are lousy
Answer: Because they never really will cancel your service! They overcharge you and when you finally get a hold of them they still refuse to help.
Answer: To answer your question, Simply there is no accountability at AT&T. They bounce you around and they make NO attempt for resolution.
Answer: I use to work for AT&T, they have gone from bad to worse to I don't give a damn, and that's a shame
Answer: That is just silly. He wldnt be a multi millionaire if his businesses were bad. You forget, everybody loved him till he announced he was conservative. Isn't it all the democratic mayor's and governor's states that are going to shit? Or would you rather take crime over parent choice?
