Atomic Mall

Reading another user's completely ridiculous review of Atomic Mall prompted me to write my own. As a seller there since 2016 I have seen my sales improve year over year while only increasing my product range minimally. I like the navigation, the ability to communicate directly with my buyers (instant chat or email) and the fact that my payments are not held by the company (I'm paid directly by each buyer).

I look forward to expanding my store and staying with AM for the long haul! A truly unique and pleasant place to sell my products. I'm also an occasional buyer!

I was pleasantly surprised with my selling AND buying experience at Atomic. I originally found the site whe I was shopping for a collectible gold coin and ended up enhancing my account to be a merchant there also. Shockingly, my first sale was the same day I opened the store, and needless to say I was quite thrilled. This was in 2019 and I've been (relatively) happy since. There have been a few technical issues along the way, but management has always been great abou t addressing them and fixing. I would recommend AM to anyone -- especially if you've been burned by competing sites and are looking for a good alternative.

My order went so smooth and perfect I felt compelled to write about it! And that certainly doesn't happen often in my experience as an online shopper. The only glitch was that the seller's pay method was unavailable when I went to purchase, so I contacted the webmaster or site admin immediately. Atomic got in touch with the seller and it was fixed within an hour. I realize they are an aggregate marketplace like e*ay and so each seller is independehnt, but it was this great customer service by the site ITSELF that prompted my review.

Opened in 2008 huh? I hope they are around for many more years!

One, two, three cheers for Atomic Mall! I recently switched all my products over to Atomic from Etsy because I was forced to wait forever for my funds after my sale was made there. Now I get paid immediately when the sale completes and I'm able to put that profit back into my store + more merch. I love it! EZ navigation 2. I actually have some items in my cart now that I intend to buy with my Cash App.

I was impressed with how Eric bent over backwards to help me complete an order I wa having trouble with. In the end I missed something really simple, but its the customer care that will keep me coming back. Order received in the allotted timeframe and Eric G. In support should get a raise! The site also looks great with all the new improvements. I hadnt been here in a while.

FANTASTIC! Been a seller here for a while and i've actually sold more than on ebay, but went to make my first purchase last week, not knowing what to expect. It went off without a hitch (an LED light for my truck) and arrived earlier than expected. The seller even tossed in an extra light with a personalized note! Not oftne that i'm impressed with an e-com site, but I am with Atomic, so much so that I felt the desire to write a nice review! Keep up the great work guys.

Atomic Mall is simply a fraudulent money grab. They bill sellers $10 to list items and you will NEVER sell anything. I currently use all the top platforms Amazon, eBay, Mercari, Depop, plus my own Shopify website, so I have plenty of experience and popular items that sell. I had no sales, NOTHING in over a year and then out of the blue they try to scam me for more money by billing my credit card again. DO NOT give them your credit card information. I had to cancel my card and file a chargeback against them. They also do not have any customer service and there is no one that will reply. They are scammers plain and simple.

I typically hae trouble finding the items I'm looking for (model railroad collector) because search engines like the ones used on ebay and amazon have a bad habit or producing results that have NOTHING to do with my search. Atomic Mall is the ONLY site I've found that gives me relevant results! I mean c'mon people its 2020 and you still haven't figured out search yet! Anyway, I ordered two rares I've been searching for (without success till now) ane couldn't be happier. AtomicMall.com just got bookmarked.

The first reason why you must avoid this site as a seller is that they will take fees out of your credit card or bank account some time after they pay you the money from a sale you make - this is an inconvenience, especially if you have little or no money in your account at the time. Secondly, they neither check with the retailer you link items to to see if they will accept the purchase and deliver your item nor do they give you adequate information to enable you to contact the third party retailer and have the item delivered - this is stressful and a waste of time for sellers and customers. I incorrectly blamed Overstock for not delivering a wallet I sold in the fall - now that I have experienced this situation again from selling items through Amazon, a reputable dealer, I know that Atomic Mall is at fault for not making sure you can verify that your item will be delivered before accepting or declining the sale. Finally, sellers must be very careful when opening an online store account then relying on sites they represent as the middle man to deliver the items - it's often not worth it to be the middle man or woman.

DISHONEST SITE Scam Charges - I am a full time seller on several platforms since 1999. Last year I decided to give Atomic Mall a try. There was not supposed to be any monthly seller fees for their "gold" membership. I created a store with the same items I sell on eBay and average well over 10K a month in sales there. Not a single sale. Nothing ZERO... A little over a year later I get a bill from Atomic Mall on my credit card. They tell me I was being billed each and every month because I agreed to a specialty shop which was not true. They let it run over a year and then bill me all in one lump sum. They have no contact help on their site and the payments response only proves they know it is a scam. ZERO SALES, FRAUDULENT FEES. Dishonest Atomic Mall is a SCAM.

I don't leave reviews often but Atomic Mall was so great with their delivery estimates and follow up to my questions that I felt I had to. Great job team atomic, you have a customer for life.

I love the checkout flow - super easy compared to others I've tried. The seller was also quite helpful (rv-trader) and I got my struts quickly.
