They provided the most basic logos and names possible, at final I didn't used any logo or domain and paid 1200$ horrible

These thief's are selling my domain on behalf of my previous hosting who will not allow me to transfer my domain to a new hosting company of which I have a legal right to do.
I have tried to reason with them but they do not care and will not help as they are a third party!

Squadhelp has put in a lot of effort to develop a nice interactive platform but they don't seem to be sharing a fair bit of revenue split with their creatives and maybe that is why creatives are not too motivated to give more time and send better entries. I paid USD 645 for my project which ran for 10 days but I was unable to shortlist any domains so I didn't get any value. The contest should've remained open till I was able to select a domain. Thanks

SquadHelp has changed greatly, and their standards keep increasing. If you list a domain on this marketplace, they will make you wait 7 days before you can delist it. They will also ask you multiple times if you have sold this domain. They will also randomly kick you out of certain events & promotions. For example, I previously entered in the "Seller Marketplace", which was a domain reseller place. They randomly decided to increase standards to enter this marketplace, kicking out many people. They then tell you that you have to meet their new criteria lol. Why would anyone waste their time on this site when much better deals are on Dan / Sedo / Afternic? Joke of a site.

I am a business owner who purchased the platinum package in the hope of using squadhelp to come up with a new business name.

We provided a full breakdown of our brief which included, branding archetype, audience, what emotional appeal we were aiming for... basically everything required and more.

Out of 2,100 submissions and countless messages to contestants and 13 follow up messages to everyone - we had 6 names that weren't terrible, but were still very poor.

Our team found that if we spent 1/10th that amount of time using a service like namelix.com or similar we found far better results.

These people do not understand your brand and never will. Save your money and keep brainstorming yourself.

And a shoutout to their support staff... completely incompetent.

Terrible experience.
I would advise no one to use squadhelp.
The service they provide is extremely unhelpful and a waste of money.
I was given false information by a couple of their customer service agents.
They behaved and acted like salespeople saying anything to convince me to use their services.
It was a complete waste of time.
The names they come up with are garbage and most of the names you can't use because they either have a trademark or the domain is taken.
Such a pointless useless service.
I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Find a different company to use.
Worst company.
Do not use Squadhelp.

Creatives please keep away it's a waste of time, and effort

They take your money (10$) ideas, time and they give you disappointment (in a destructive way)

I joined as a creative and all my ideas were "no thank you" and my domain names (. Com) where rejected.
And other ideas were not rated
When I searched I found people writing the same scenario!
So it's not a coincidence
So please don't let anyone trick you

It has been an insightful & educational experience for me (as I'm not remotely creative). One thing which I found confusing was when 'new' creatives submitted names which where very similar to ones which had already been suggested by a previous creative. As there were so many entries, I was worried about giving credit to a newer entry & overlooking the original idea. I hope this makes sense. All in all, I'm extremely happy with the naming contest & can't wait to launch the logo & tagline contests. I've spread the word about your site & sung your praises plenty! Thank you.
