I was disappointed with the initial response, but I was glad Squadhelp allowed an extra 3 days to see if we could boost interest. The winning logo is not yet my ideal, but the creative revised his submission 4 times for which I was grateful. His efforts will get me where I want to go. Thanks a bunch!

I received over 1,000 entries for my competition but on reflection the answers were all 'skin deep' rather than 'profound'. I have selected a winner but I'm not convinced I will use it as my name. To really get a great answer (over just being 'lucky') will I think require a lot more deeper brainstorming

Awesome, when I ran into issues the staff at squad help were most accommodating in walking me through my options and helping clarify my though process. Like to make a special mention to Grant who really simplified the process and made me realise that the actual winner was right under my nose. Great process and fantastic result. This was very easy and efficient on helping me find what I needed. Many of the participants had quality logos, images that were provided making the decision very hard. I would definitely recommend your services and price is reasonable for the services you offered along with the contests.

Trademark reports are confusing. The 2 rating does not give any real indication of how smooth or otherwise trademark process would be. With your audience testing, 1 question is too restrictive. Given that a considerable portion of your customers would be Amazon sellers, there should be the availability to only survey Amazon Prime customers.

I'm very pleased with my results. I had a limited budget and the contestants came through. I dozens of names to choose from, making it a bit difficult to pick a winner. I certainly would use Squadhelp again if I ever open another business.

Naming a new business is a very difficult task. There are so many facets to it: available domain, will it be easy to spell, will it have branding ability, etc. Squadhelp contest tackled all of this for me. Well worth the money I spent. Now I can move on to getting the business off the ground!

We had a very good response to our contest with hundreds of names to choose from. We did select a winner but ultimately ended up using a completely different name for our business. This process definitely helped us get to an end result.

This has been the best experience I have had when working with a company to assist my company. Your platform is fantastic, easy to work with and provides valuable information at the right price point.

Everything was very well-guided and I felt like I had the tools needed to create a good contest and get good results. Only suggestion - it would have been nice to have examples of good vs. bad briefs readily available without having to read an entire article.

I have used the site for naming my company, and then for a logo, and so far I have had good experiences. I had some minor technical issues that did not last long, and your customer service team was on it faster than the speed of light! Great job!

It was a good experience. We ended up going with a different name altogether but we enjoyed some of the creative names that squadhelp came up with, and it certainly helped us in our consideration of the final name chosen.
I would recommend this site to others as well.

When making modifications, there isn't a designated area to look at just any designs or contestants that submit their modifications. For example, if I want to see a logo with a different color variation.

Make it a little clearer regarding which package I signed up to in respect to the validation service. I could not remember! Otherwise, it's a great service and there were many excellent choices. Thanks

Sometimes it has been difficult negotiating pathways on the website. Staff very helpful when asked. That was valuable. Overall the experience was reasonably well priced and the quality of work of a high standard.
