I had a feeling this site was a little sketchy so paid extra for tracking info on shipping. After 2 weeks, never received confirm email, never received package, never received responses to my two emails. The symbols at the top of the page for Facebook, IG, Email and Newsletter are all fake and go nowhere. Will be filling a fraud claim with my bank. Tried buying 4 group costumes for my son and friends and now we're out $165 and scrambling to come up with a Plan B.
I order an item, but no email confirmation,- but I kept the confirmation page open - thinking it my come later as occurs sometime, but nothing. After 10 days I sent them an email sting that the item was past due, no response. I then tried using the online contact us page, it does not work you the following message "There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.". I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute.
I ordered some items from this site and have yet to receive an email confirmation and yet they already pulled funds from my account. Its a SCAM. The emails is fake and you cannot reach anyone. Buyers BEWARE!

I made a purchase and did not receive a confirmation email so I called the phone number but it was not a real phone number. I never received a response from the email address or contact page. I had to go to my bank a get a new card and put in a fraud dispute.
AtenCollectio.com is a SCAM COMPANY - DO NOT ORDER! The phone number listed on the website is disconnected. To get in touch via website is impossible. It gives you an error message. They do not respond to emails! If you are one of the people that got ripped off, I am strongly encourage you - please dispute your charges and report them to the BBB.
SCAM SITE! Dont order costumes or Halloween things here. The website looks legitimate and answers a lot of common questions, but it is not real. I ordered one thing, got no email confirmation, emailed them several times and got no response. They have an Atlanta, GA address with an Albuquerque, NM phone number. The phone number is disconnected, all 3 of their social media links say "url cannot be reached" and their physical address is just a general office building. I tried contacting through their "contact us" page and every time it says the message can't be sent. SCAM WEBSITE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.
Do not buy from these scammers! I ordered a Stone Cold Steve Austin Mask and I never got it! I am glad that I paid by Credit Card and I am in the process of getting my money returned!

I like everybody else bought a costume for my grandson and NEVER received it. I sent an email and they told me they were behind but I will receive it NEVER HAPPENED.
This company is a scam. Reported them to BBB and disputed CC charges and they reported and flagged them. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING from Aten Collection, or their other name is Bronze Buck.
