I order an item, but no email confirmation,- but I kept the confirmation page open - thinking it my come later as occurs sometime, but nothing. After 10 days I sent them an email sting that the item was past due, no response. I then tried using the online contact us page, it does not work you the following message "There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.". I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute.
