Muhammad has been the one responsible for my three prior phone purchases. He is totally thorough, making sure that I walked out of the store with all my former data transferred to my new phone. I received my upgraded phone. I accidentally dropped it while getting out of my car. Super P. O. about having it cracked. I went to AT&T store. The AT&T rep from the store told me it was covered through Asurion. I submitted my claim using my cell phone number. The process was super easy and I'm happy it was a service I have.
The gentleman came to fix my screen super nice polite and understanding gentleman. Things went not as planned he told me my next steps took them and already have my new phone!

After shattering my cell phone screen I was prepared to jump through hoops and be sans phone until the repairs could be completed. I was completely blown away once I realized I could file a claim and make an appointment for the service van to COME TO MY HOME and make the repairs THE NEXT DAY! The service person was extremely friendly and professional. Within 30 minutes my phone was completely repaired and life was good. Nothing could have made this experience better.
I had an iphone 15 pro for about a year and it occasionally did strange things. It would not charge although it was on the charger. It would get really hot in my pocket. Sometimes it wouldn't respond, and I'd restart and things were fine. Annoying but... Then I cracked the screen. I submitted a claim and what should have been a 15 minute fix, took over 75 minutes. The tech worked hard, called people but the phone would not calibrate a new screen. Then I told him it did behave strangely at times. He told me to resubmit a claim and with no hassle, Asurion sent a replacement phone. I am so happy!

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
