Asurion Protection a Must Have

If you have children & grandchildren, having a protection plan is a must. I purchased a protection plan after purchasing game consoles for my twin grandchildren. After a few months, one got wet and became disabled. One quick chat with Asurion and my worries were over! Repair, labor and shipping all free! It's worth the purchase!

INCREDIBLE!

I received excellent customer service from the representative that I talked to file my claim. She was very helpful, caring and assuring! In fact she actually filed my claim for me.

I had a cracked screen on an iPad that I purchased for my granddaughter for her 12th birthday. It was engraved w/ her name and I didn't want a replacement.

I received the return box for the repairing on Tuesday. I sent the iPad in for repair on Wednesday and I received the repaired iPad back on early Thursday morning. INCREDIBLE!

Had a TV that was covered by Asurion protection plan that died. I went online and chatted with Hoover. Within 5 minutes, I had a service appointment that met my schedule. Excellent and timely service. Very courteous. Keep it up!

I had the best experience ever in speaking with Asurion Home+ this morning. The agent truly went above and beyond helping me without even knowing i was a first responder here in Oregon overseeing the fire clean up and recovery efforts, already a lil stressed at being over 3,500 miles from my family for such a long time. If you get multiple devices stolen at the same time they don't cover your stuff! Probably the worst part is I've had this insurance for probably 5 or more years and never used it. Now that I actually need it they don't come through. After you jump through a bunch of hoops.

Printing label

I had an issue with a projection bulb and did an insurance claim on the bulb. Asurion sent me a printing label to my text message but the printing label link wouldn't work, so I contacted them again online and they generated a new printing label and it was sent to my email address. It was a simple process and didn't once have to get on the phone and go through that nerve wrenching process.
