Ashley was a delight to work with! She answered all my questions and got my phone activated. If I could give her a million stars, I would! I could tell I was actually talking to a person and not a machine. She was witty and funny. How many times can you say that you are happy to chat with support services? If they are all like this, I wouldn't mind at all.

Their support on the front end of a claim, timely delivery of replacement equipment and support on the back end of a claim to set up a new device, deactivate an old device, etc. is top-notch. Highly recommend utilizing Asurion for your mobile device insurance needs.

THIS IS THE WORST INSURANCE COMOANY FOR CELL PHONES AND ON MY BOOK THEY ARE SCAMMERS THAT DO NOT WANT TO PAY AND LOOK FOR EXCUSES NOT TO PAY, LIKE CLAIM8NG THAT ONE PHONE IS NOT REGISTER. SUPPOSEDLY YOU CAN NOT HAVE MORE THAN 3 CLAIMS PER PHONE PER YEAR, BUT THEY THEMSELVES DO NOT KNOW THE RULES OR PLAY IGNORANT AND EVEN SUPERVISORS WILL TREAT YOU LIKE YOU ARE THE IGNORANT.

I've been dreading the process of filing a claim, but to my surprise it was very easy and quick.
They were simple convient and fast! I JUST COMPLETED and submited my claim so we shall see how smooth it goes from here
Quick and easy filing claim. I had a iPhone 6 Plus and they replaced with a regular iPhone 11. Would be better if you could get a replacement that is size comparable to what you had, 6 plus had a bigger screen then basic 11. And to be honest, the $125 deductible seems high when I've been paying $8.99 a month for "insurance" on 3-4 phones for 10-12+ years and only having 1 other claim. There just doesn't seem to be any advantage for being a long term client with AT&T. I understand the insurance is from a 2nd party, prob owned by AT&T but don't know for sure, but you'd think being a client since the Alltell days and having AT&T internet you'd get some kind of customer loyalty benefits. Again I understand this is about the insurance experience however I felt the need to express myself!
We signed up for Asurion protection. Our main reason was to have extensive photo storage and customer service assistance with our computer products. Those services have been excellent. But in addition to this, we had a couple of accidents with iPads. It was such a relief to have Asurion fix these problems and get us up and running again. I highly recommend this service. We are fortunate to have this coverage.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
