The online service is a little harder to work with. Making a call was perfect, quick, fast and clear. Calling the samsung store is a waste of time.
I paid for insurance on a note 10 plus not a style 5g 2022. I don't car that it's upgraded. Been pay insurance threw you guys for 8 years. I should get the phone I had OR better. Not worse

My experience working with texting to resolve an issue with my TV was awesome. The Tech who responded was very courteous, professional, extremely patience and explained his plan that resolved my issues in language will understandable. He has no idea that I was an extra older adult and not tech savvy. This gentleman deserves to be commended for outstanding and exceptional communication resulting in awesome public relations! Please thank him again for assisting me!

TV stopped working used the Home+ plan. Big mistake, Had an older 32 inch Samsung series 5 1920x1080 was replaced with a series 4 1280 x 720 made in 2017. Sent in the claim to repair or replace. They decided it needed to be replaced. Local center never even looked at it. Cost me the 99 dollars plus the 27 dollars I pay total every month. Could have gone to Walmart and purchased a much better TV built this year. Waste of money when it comes to TVs.
As a follow up to Asurion response. I took the issue to the second level in two different departments with no help, no ability to refund the 99.00, no ability to return the TV for the one I should have been sent, no ability to help me in anyway is what I was told. Was actually told by one department that it was my fault that I should not have taken delivery of the TV. When it was sitting on my door step when I got home and called as soon as I noticed it was in no way a comparable TV to what I had

Asurion is wonderful! My husband is pretty clumsy with his phone! Lol When he works on our vehicles or anything, he puts his phone in his pocket or even on the tire of the vehicle he is working on and forgets about it! He ends up running over it, rolling over on something with it in his pocket, etc! Asurion has helped us with a replacement phone each time. Their website is very easy to use! I would recommend them to anyone with a phone!
The 3 times ive used asurion it has been the easiest process I have ever been through. Both over phone on the first time and on the app the 2nd&3rd time I've used. I wasn't receiving emails from my Verizon mail app as of 230 pm yesterday. The tech Joaquin who I was messaging suggested getting the Microsoft app for my Microsoft email. Added it and wallah, my emails flowed into my app and now I am a very happy customer! Thank you very much!

I received my new iPhone on Tuesday night. I waited till I was "fresh" on Wednesday to start the change over from my iPhone 7 to my new iPhone 14 Pro. I think that I was in contact with 4-5 techs over the last 2 days. Everyone was good, repeating back to me what I was asking for and then helping me march forward with the transitions. My iPhone 14 had an especially difficult to change over. Everyone was very nice.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
