I subscribed to the Asurion Home a while back, and recently events lead me to use the service. My Microsoft Surface Book laptop batteries had begun to expand, and I had never even noticed because I keep it on a stand behind my monitor. Recently I pulled the laptop out and removed the screen/tablet, and when I tried to reattach it to the keyboard the screen cracked because of the swelled battery. Asurion had me drop it at a local shop, then sent it out for repair. They had the laptop for 8 days (they had to order parts), and replaced both swollen batteries and the cracked screen for the $99 fee. Amazing experience! I couldn't be happier!
Accidentally cracked screen on my iPad. Filed claim, it was quick and easy. Dropped off at UPS, they also knew how to handle shipping process. Dropped off and two days later, my iPad arrived.
I never purchase protection plans but with the amount of the purchase that I made on Amazon it thought it would be best. As it turned out I did have to file a claim. The agent that I had was Jia and the process was resolved quickly and without any difficulties. Purchasing the protection plan ended up being the best purchase I made, too bad the product wasn't as good.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
