Ronaldo helped me file a claim for my sons phone. I didn't have access to the IMEI number and he helped me through the whole process in contacting Apple to retrieve it. He waited patiently on the line while I got all the info he needed to process the claim! Wonderful customer service! Would highly recommend!
Many times over the years I've bought the protection program but never needed to use it, but boy am I thankful I did this time. The first time I used the HP OJ Pro 9025 it broke. The protection plan person was wonderful in handling the situation and getting me the label for returning the product. I hope the rest of the process is as easy and stress free.
Micro Wave was making noise and smoking. Service Tech(s) on first call discovered that wiring was defective (bare wire) New parts was ordered. At the next service call. It was determined that the new replacement parts were also defective (bare wire). Tech again ordered new parts. Third service call - part were determine to be safety to install (NO Bare Wires). Tech(s) installed the new parts and tested the Micro Wave which operated correctly. Tech(s) was very professional in their service call(s) and answered all our questions. A 10+ out of 10 perfprmnce rating.

So glad I paid $20 for a 3 year insurance plan for my son's gaming chair. He uses it every day, so 2 years later when the main spring broke, causing a giant hump on the seat, it was quite uncomfortable to sit on. Called Asurion, uploaded a few pics along with the receipt, and had my check the next week for the full amount. Will definitaly take insurance on the next chair with them:-)

When I pulled out my receipt and original HP paperwork I realized I had purchased the technical support from Asurion which I had totally forgotten about. I was able to solve the issue within 5 minutes. Super easy! Totally worth purchasing for saving my sanity lol. Will be reaching out to them with any future problems right away.
