Asurion is a scam. Please do not fall for this. Do not buy into their support. Over the past month, I have had nothing but issues getting my first claim approved. I bought into the service over a year ago when I took my fairly new Apple computer in for repair. They replaced the keyboard and then talked me into an Asurion plan, guaranteeing FAST service and cheap repairs if anything happened again. Well, one year later, my same laptop stopped turning on so I brought it in. They did a diagnosis and said I needed a new battery. They told me to fill out a claim, so I did. My claim got rejected. So I called. The first person couldn't help me so they transferred me to the claims department where I was told that they didn't believe the laptop was mine. After a long conversation, they finally agreed to start a new claim. This one was handwritten and I had to add a lot of detail about the issue. So I did. That claim also came back rejected. Why? Their reason was that I added too much information on the wrong line of text. So they had me fill out a new claim. I did. That one also got rejected. Why? Because on the line that asked for "service address" I entered the address of the Asurion store that detected I needed a new battery. Apparently "service" address means "home" address. My bad. So they had me fill out a new claim. This time I wouldn't get off the phone until they reviewed my claim on the phone. The woman was so nice and approved it. Then told me I was all set. As soon as I got off the phone, AFTER getting an email that told me my claim was approved, I got a new email saying….you guessed it…that Asurion had to look at my claim further and I couldn't proceed. They said they'd get back to me in one business day. It's been three. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.

Screen was broken so bad can't unlock phone got the replacement fast and set up was insured all info on old phone wouldn't not be seen just erased
I received a new iphone and in the process of setting it up Apple had several ambiguous choices and instructions. Rather than risk screwing up either of my two ipones, I called Christian for support. He got me thru apple's rat maze, and was very patient and right on target with his help. Great work on his part.

All that needs to be said is filing a claim is fast and easy not difficult, frustrating and exhausting like other claims I have done in the past and there was no interrogation involved.

I applied Online to get my Laptop's Battery exchange as the old one went kapoot. I t was so easy! Just filled out a few questions, then a service member came on to read over the claim and approve it. I think it was about 30 minutes to do it all! But that was fast! The agent was courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. Asurion is a good company to go through if you need a product taken care of!

People in store were great wish I didn't have to go through this BS for replacement. Then I get to return the old one another BS hastle. Experience was not good. To much BS in the world without having to deal with this over the phone. I'm not sure I will stay with cricket at this point. May be changing to another service soon.

I have had to use Asurion on several items but the most recent being dash cams and the refund is fast, usually within a few days of dropping off the item at the UPS store.
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
