Helpful transfer

I had a busted phone and I ordered a replacement through Asurion. I logged on instead of using my phone because I honestly wasn't sure if I could transfer service while using my old busted phone!
The tech, Cheovaris, made it super quick and easy. My replacement was activated immediately.

Making a claim was painless

Two year old LG had panel issue. Easy to file claim. Service tech arrived two days later. Said it was a panel issue. Today asurion told me $900 to repair so they are recommending refund. Chat was great and very responsive.

I feel like they helped with the experience of professionals and it didn't take long for them to solve my phone problem either. I myself is an retired person who needs my phone just in case of any reason for my family. Just give it a try and see for yourself

Since lods out grow bats seemingly every year, this protection is a no brainer. Pay for a good bat once, and the. Only pay the difference, tax and new protection plan the next year. Saves a couple hundred dollars each year!

Lightning FAST Service

Sent in two ipads that had been dropped on the tile floor, both cracked really bad and was afraid that one of the grandkids would get the device turned on and cut their fingers trying to swipe across the screen. Both devices arrived back in perfect charged up condition in less than a week. WOW this is GREAT service.

Best warranty experience

I purchased a chair warranty from Staples almost 3 years ago. It actually expires next month. I submitted a claim with a picture of my receipt and chair damage (even though it was my fault). Within two hours I had my refund. I don't like purchasing warranties because the hassle isn't worth it, but this was so easy and quick. This is a warranty I recommend. I've already gotten a new chair and also purchased the warranty.
