The service was great! And quick, my replacement came within 2 days.
I bought a new refrigerator and the protection plan, thank God. About 2 1/2 years later a crucial part stopped working, which had no replacement. Fortunately, was still under warranty. The protection plan reimbursed me the full amount I paid for the fridge back, plus the damaged food I had inside.
Asurion responded immediately when my phone became un-operable. They immediately sent a replacement phone at no charge and this support has been so important to me. They followed up and have been great.
This company had me pay in excess of $250 to get a replacement phone with the promise that it would arrive the very next day. I use my phone for work daily without it I can't get paid. I had a back up phone and was instructed by them to NOT activate it because they assured me it would be here next day. Well here it is next day and now my phone is going to be lost in shipping with it already stating delayed. They said it was delayed for hurricane, I live in Odessa Texas. I'm 700+ miles away from any coast. I just want my phone as promised like a paid for and they aren't doing anything right to make it right and said it may take a few more days. I don't know if they think I $#*! money but missing days of work means I can't eat. Overall experience with them through all encounters over the years, I recommend you find literally anyone else but them.
Asurion is worser then att. Asurion and the company "you break it we fix it" is a $#*!ing joke. Where the $#*! do they get these technicians from. Respect to the legitimate techs. But $#*! the rest. If you hate your job that much, go else where. Your killing the company.
My experience with Asurion they was very helpful, they were very professional, I was very much satisfied, and kept their word on how long my phone was going to be fixed. Will come back if anything goes wrong with my phone, it was very much worth the wait.
The customer service here is spot on. Patricia was friendly, personably and went well out of her way to make sure that I was satisfied with my phone repairs. In a time where it's so hard to find good employees, this establishment found a great employee. They did a fantastic job on my phone repair and I was able to get my phone back just a few hours after dropping it off. I highly recommend this phone repair establishment. 10/10
I feel like they helped with the experience of professionals and it didn't take long for them to solve my phone problem either. I myself is an retired person who needs my phone just in case of any reason for my family. Just give it a try and see for yourself

This location is not the closest one to my home for getting my phone repaired, but I will drive the extra distance to come here for repairs in the future.
I initially had trouble getting in to the site to file a claim. Eventually the site was updated and I was able to login using the site I purchased the product through. Had some issues during claims filing and processing and had to make quite a few calls but their call back system reduced the amount of time actually on the phone. Service fees do apply but claims are good for 30 days so you'll have a bit of time to pay your deductible. The closest store to take the product is also a bit of a drive. Their tech support is also amazingly fast and knowledgeable!

Super easy and fast process. Paid $275 fee for a new prone (same model) and it's saying that will be shipped in 2 days. Kept thinking that it would be cheaper just to fix the screen as my phone is like new condition (other than the cracked window)... However I didn't have to leave home to deal with that. Good experience. Hope that they send me a new model, not the same model I have for the fee I paid, as I already pay a monthly fee.
RATING 4.8 (there is always room for improvement) so my 4.8- star is a 5-star (per se). The claim process was very fast and efficient.

Some people keep their phones a very long time and pay into the insurance from the very beginning. It would be a nice gesture and a "thank you" from the insurance company if the company would offer more than one choice for a replacement phone. I do not think you would lose any money and you might gain more respect and more customers if only by word of mouth about your generosity.
I received a defective replacement device. I was connected with Charmaine who quickly resolved my issue and I am now looking forward to recieving my new working device. She also informed me about Home Protect which sounds like a great value.
I'm switching from carrier to another and had no idea how to do it. I'm not a technical person at all. Jorge was very knowledgable and patient. I'm sure I'll be using the services of Asurion many times in the future.
Do not pay for this service through Verizon. I've been paying for years and the time I needed it the customer service was terrible, they lied about when my phone would be delivered and the technician who was supposed to deliver my phone Alejandro reached out to me, gave me a timeframe of 7-9, but never delivered my phone nor responded to me when I tried to check the status of delivery. When I tried to call him he did not respond. When I called the company they said he was on his way, but a later on said there was a cut off time and the phone would not be delivered. Do not waste you money on this service because if your phone breaks they will not help you. They will give you the run around and you will never get service or help. Their customer service is terrible and they will say anything to you to get you off the phone. If you pay for this service just know I warned you!

I got my replacement phone from asurion, but was a little confused by Verizon's instructions about setting it up with my same number. Logged on with Asurion had a chat with Josh, all works perfectly now.
I bought insurance with Asurion for all electronics devices in my family and my daughter's Apple Mac book pro broken the screen. I called file the claim online very easy and all went through.
Highly recommend.

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
