Excuse after excuse, they kept me calling Comsumer Cellar, finally a supervisor from Comsumer Cellar called them with me on the line, all we got was more excuse's.I was told at one time they stopped making the phone I had, so they would give me a refund, that never happened. Even the supervisor from Comsumer Cellar tried to reason with them but did no good. These people are liars and crooks.
I went in because my son cracked his screen. I had a warranty through AT&T and Asurion was the place to bring my phone. The gentleman who assisted me was very kind, knowledgeable and made me feel like my son's phone would be able to be fixed. His phone was fixed way before they said it would be. It looked like it was never broken. I completely recommend them and their services. Might be bringing my son's Nintendo Switch in to get fixed by them next.

Initially, I was reluctant to purchase the insurance through Asurion. The technician who came out in response to my service call, convinced me on the benefits of the insurance. When my TV went out, I had no choice but file a claim. From the beginning of the claim process til the arrival of the replacement TV, everything was easily processed. There were no long wait to speak to a rep about my issue nor was there a long turn around time before my replacement TV was at my door. I have never experienced such excellent customer service. Way to go Asurion! You are the real deal!
I got an email stating I should do a security check up and I didn't expect much of it. Not only did an actual person help me out rather than a robotic teleprompter, but Chelsea was kind and quick to respond to my questions. This was smooth, pain free and I won't groan and procrastinate the next time I need a check up. So, thank you. I highly recommend the help.
I was get my hesitant of having someone I never met come over and fiddle with my phone. The fella that came by was extremely knowledgeable. He let me watch the process and it was really informative. He answered any and all questions I had, and didn't mind me talking the entire time.
I was hesitant to file a claim as I expected to be tied up in red tape and the process would take forever…. I was wrong, the process took a few minutes to complete, it was painless, and I'm on my way now to get my phone repaired…. Great job guys, thank you
I have now made 14 phone calls, and spoke to over 11 different people, including a supervisor, trying to remove a Home+ plan that was added WITHOUT my permission or knowledge to my at&t bill. Seven times I was told it was cancelled. The supervisor apologized. Today? My bill is at $200 and there is multiple fraud charges I did not approve. Yet Everytime I call, they still try to sell me more stuff while in literally screaming no at this point, flat told them I don't even have the money even if I wanted the plans, they do not care. No matter how many times you call they will not cancel the fraud charges THEY made. Most unprofessional, fraudulent, uncaring con artist "company" I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I would literally bust all my devices with a hammer before I signed up for ANYTHING with Asurion again. RUN!

Went to get my screen fixed at the Plano location and I was amazed on how fast, easy and professional my experience was. After making my claim through my cellphone provider (first timer), Raul texted me the next day to follow up and see what day and time worked best for me. Once I took my phone in he explained to me thoroughly on how everything works and told me to come back in an hour! I definitely did not expect for it to be that fast. Will recommend to to friends and family.
I bought a product almost 2 years ago that became defective and Asurion gave me no hassle whatsoever in honoring the coverage and reimbursing my purchase. I did it all online and there was an initial glitch of the manufacturers warranty covering my product, they did not and Asurion then honored my warranty purchased through them. Kudos to Asurion, I will definitely take advantage of their services again.

When I pay a 275.00 deductible it should be partialy charged when I get it! I'm not happy how much they make off of this. And should be able to get a different phone of Same value. Do not get flip 4, garbage will not hold up. I had a excellent case and in holster that is padded dropped it and was damaged. I've been a long time samsung customer and very dissatisfied!

Twice the company failed to deliver the new phone I was supposed to get as a result of my insurance policy. Now it's been over a month and a trillion phone calls in an attempt to receive the refund on the downpayment for the replacement phone. After the fifteen call and many many hours on hold I have been told i would get a refund ( this is not the first time I was told this). I asked for a confirmation number or an email stating I would receive the refund as promised and they said, "We don't do that?" When it works, it's not bad although I have in the past received more than one replacement phone that did not work at all. Overall I think it's best to simply buy a new phone and not have to deal with the aggravation of working with this very poorly run company.
Dang! Forgot my phone was in my shirt pocket and sure enough, bent over and BAM! Shattered screen. Was so bummed until I remembered we signed up for Asurion. Got home and read through the policy, hopped on the website and within minutes a replacement phone is on its way - SHAZAM!
I filed a claim for a broken screen on my phone with Asurion on 6/9/2020, and asked for the repair to be done at my home. After no one showed up, I called to find out that Asurion randomly changed it to a in-store repair, but when they sent a reschedule email, it still showed my home address. I went to the store on 6/17/2020, to find out they didn't have the part. They rescheduled me for today, 6/22/2020, and guess what, they still don't have a the part and the higher ups said there was nothing they could do. Also, the girl assisting me said I would have to call back in 3-5 days to reschedule and appointment. Asurion is the biggest JOKE around.
My laptop had a spill, and could not function. Luckily I had the Asurion Home Plus and booked for appointment and took it for repair. Unfortunately I think it was beyond economic repair in a blink of an eye ups was at my door with a package that required signature. Without having an idea of where the package was coming from I opened it and there was a brand new Hp spectre! I Thankyou and I appreciate for the best service! It was fast resolution! Everyone needs Asurion home plus in their life.
Even though the window on my protection plan is closing VERY SOON, Goldie ( <3) was extremely helpful, professional, and efficient, in getting me the technical assistance i needed, and processing my service request. I will not hesitate to recommend Goldie, and Asurion for this very valuable service!
I have been waiting 2 weeks for my washer to be fixed. No response to when it will be fixed. Home Depot protection plan with Asurion is a waste of your money. I have been hung up on, not called back, and lied to. I will never buy from Home Depot because of my experience.
After having lost several phones or damaging them and then having to not have a phone whilst going to a store and purchasing a new phone. I finally purchased insurance. Asurion makes it very easy to file a claim, track the phone, and send your old phone back. The ease is well worth the cost
I have their insurance for an Acer Laptop the charger went bad they assured me they would send one out within 5 business days. They never sent it. Back on the phone many promise to call me back not one call back. Continued to call them and was told they would send another one within 5 business days, do you think they did? Nope, the resolution I was given was to buy it myself. What a waste of a company.

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
