I have purchased several plans over the years, and have made two claims. Claims took no more than 10 minutes from start to finish (I called Asurion).
No matter what my issue has been every time that I call their customer service I have the best experience with the least amount of stress Or confusion. I feel like everybody of all Ages, elderly or the youngest child can appreciate this company because they are so easy to talk to explain about whatever issue you may have. Maybe you don't know what the issue is, They'll help you figure it out with whatever as far as your home tech goes anyways.
I reached out via chat just to get help finding my insurance so I could file a claim on my own. Not only did they easily find it but they filed the claim for me and had it approved. All in under 10 minutes. I'm grateful I was able to get it figured out via chat and didn't have to make a call with 3 kids running around.
I had gotten an email to check my phone's battery health, which wasn't so good. That lead to contacting Asurion, which lead to a tech coming to my house 3 days later to replace my battery. He was very nice and very knowledgeable. It didn't take long. Soooo convenient. And free! Wow. I didn't know this was even a thing. Love it! Thanks AT&T and Asurion!

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
