That came to my house to repair it, broke a wire in the phone, and Asurion sent me a new phone within one day. The two techs I spoke with talked me throughthe process of transferring all of my info. Made an online appointment for the very next day. The tech contacted me in the morning, just to touch base. He also contacted me when he was on the way and when he arrived. Repair was performed flawlessly and in a timely manner. Excellent service, and extremely convenient. They came to my office and performed repairs on site. Overall, I could not be more pleased!
I went to the At&t store to see if my phone could be replaced a d was surprised to hear it could be repaired and that it was covered - bad news, the first appointment was 3 days away, OR I could drive 25 miles to Union City and have the wonderful Rhea assist me with getting my repair done. I was pro.ised between 2-3 hrs and upon returning after 2 hrs, Rhea informed me the repair was complete.
Both front and back were replaced, everything is good and I am very grateful for quick, excellent service.

I stopped by the UbreakiFix location in the Gulch mid-afternoon to have both the front and back screens of my iPhone replaced. Alex Tisdale was working solo and already had several devices ahead of mine. At one point, there were at least three other customers in the store, but Alex handled everything with ease, checking everyone in and keeping things moving. He even stayed until 7 PM to make sure my phone was repaired that same night. Truly appreciated his dedication and excellent service!

When I bought my Galaxy S23 Ultra the sales person suggested I get insurance to cover it since it was a very good flagship phone I was skeptical since my previous experience with insurance claims was very bad, he suggested Asurion they stand behind the service they provide he was so Wright. I took the phone to AT&T for service the technician suggested I file a claim I called used their website fill out a questionnaire and explain what was wrong within minutes they approved the claim, I was shocked at how quickly the matter was resolved, within two business days I got a replacement.Asurion thank you for keeping your word, you promise good service and you delivered, thanks Asurion., you are a different company.
They have great service very satisfied with how my phone is now and was very fast definitely recommend them they have fixed my phone three times an every time is great I am clumsy an have dropped my phone multiple times an my kids have to so that is why I've been able to see how good there service is an every time they don't disappoint I get my phone back in great shape screen is always perfect when I get it back! Both services are great an they are very nice with either one when they come to the house or you go in both are great service!

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
