The 3 man helped me by texting in words I understood. He was patients with my slowness to understand. Issue with cell connecting is fixed as long as stays this way.

The problem was the email sent by the tech for directions was in junk file which made following his instructions confusing but he resent directions and walked through the directions. Finally the Lock folder unlocked so I could submit a new password and I can now access my Lock folder under Google photos. My only issue is the Safe Folder under the Google Files folder which won't accept my password, do I follow the same directions for Licker folder. My pending issue is getting reimbursed the $5.00 I was charged and stop the $48.00 monthly charge.

Both the Chat tech I spoke with and IT support tech were great. However, it seems to me, that the IT tech took way too long to take my request and answering questions. I believe he was working with multiple customers.

I talked to the Chatbot first and was told that I would wait four minutes to be connected to a live person after we decided what I needed. Your Chatbot was fantastic! The bot said I would have a four minute wait for a phone call but I gave up after an hour. However, your technician never gave up texting me back several times before I recognized. He was texting through the system. Excellent excellent experience wonderful information. Very efficient and interested in helping people. I've never been able to say this fully about a service person who took my phone call, but this person was the best. If I could recommend them for a special bonus for the way, they handle people and get back to customers this person would get it all the way. On a scale of one to 10 he was a 15. Above and beyond.

It took more than an hour to get connected with a specialist, as I didn't know I needed to go to my email to verify my contact info, and once there, I learned that I had been charged a non-refundable recurring membership fee in addition to the nominal "join" fee. I might have paid it anyway, but do not like being told I'd only be charged a one-time "join" fee and then having my credit card charged for the much higher membership fee... Be up front with your customers! The specialist was helpful, however, and I may renew my membership if his advice actually works to resolve my problem.
My assigned Tech was Mehul. He properly assessed the problem and then patiently walked me through the issue with expert advisement.
Setting up my new modem was easy (with help from my brother). I took my old modem to a UPS office and they sent it back. I didn't realize I had to pass on the Comcast return receipt. After there was a second charge on my credit card statement, after contacting Xfinity, I was able to complete the transaction. But, I have a second $48 charge on my credit card that I hope someone will help me get reversed? Velma Bird

Tried reconnecting with standard instant ink protocol, but email issues, *******@mchsi.com not functioning or HP lost due to delay in ink delivery process. Still must wait for ink delivery to be certain all is well.
