Explanation was great

I had the best customer service. Sometimes you get service that is not so good. The lady was very patient with me, as, I did not have the proper I.D. Information to actually identify my order.
I would not hesitate to call on another problem.

Amazon's customer service sucks

There is no way of getting a hold of Amazon's customer service without going through a third party and that sucks after explaining the situation with you you got me In touch with there customer service and I was able to get the problem solved thank you

Microsoft problem solved

Ask Tech Support Jins immediatly solved my technical problem and explained how to solve my problem. I used his suggestion on my desk top and lap top. His support was greatly appreciated.

Great experience!

Great experience over the phone.
It solved my question assuming the telephone number given will solve my problem tomorrow.
The conversation gave me a new approach to solve my original problem. The original problem still exists and I will see tomorrow if it will be solved then. So we have to wait till then to see the final outcome. Thank you. Good work.

The chat went quite well, and I was referred to an attorney, who gave me a satisfactory answer to my situation - a message purporting to be from CA DMV, but appearing to be a fraud. I was told that I would be reimbursed for the expense of my attorney contact, but have not seen any correspondence or action in that regard.

I'm a novice when it comes to computer service and security. I had received a very threatening email demanding a ransome, or my computer would be shut down. Daniel was able to take me through several steps to make sure my computer had been properly protected. Some people with more knowledge that me would not have been worried, but I was. Daniel was calming, reassuring, and gracious to me as he walked me through the process.

RESUMING FACEBOOK
July 28, 2025

I'm trying to get back on Facebook after (what I believe) someone hacked my account, and apparently posted something bad, after which Facebook cancelled me. Tanya Sarkar and Pearl Wilson were very helpful, courteous and supportive. However, the site that I was sent to was not operative and was shut down, so they couldn't take me any further to again being a Facebook member. I will call them today and hopefully, they can resolve this difficulty for me so I can again use Facebook as I have for over 10 years.
