I had the best customer service. Sometimes you get service that is not so good. The lady was very patient with me, as, I did not have the proper I.D. Information to actually identify my order.

What was supposed to be $5 fully refundable, turned out to be a $48 charge. Not sure why that is but I'll need to contact customer service regarding the problem.

The chat went quite well, and I was referred to an attorney, who gave me a satisfactory answer to my situation - a message purporting to be from CA DMV, but appearing to be a fraud. I was told that I would be reimbursed for the expense of my attorney contact, but have not seen any correspondence or action in that regard.

I'm a novice when it comes to computer service and security. I had received a very threatening email demanding a ransome, or my computer would be shut down. Daniel was able to take me through several steps to make sure my computer had been properly protected. Some people with more knowledge that me would not have been worried, but I was. Daniel was calming, reassuring, and gracious to me as he walked me through the process.
I'm trying to get back on Facebook after (what I believe) someone hacked my account, and apparently posted something bad, after which Facebook cancelled me. Tanya Sarkar and Pearl Wilson were very helpful, courteous and supportive. However, the site that I was sent to was not operative and was shut down, so they couldn't take me any further to again being a Facebook member. I will call them today and hopefully, they can resolve this difficulty for me so I can again use Facebook as I have for over 10 years.
