I finally understood what I needed to do to help me understand what to do and how to contact the companies to talk to them one-to-one. I was also advised on how to prevent them scamming me for my debit card information. I need to contact my bank to get stop payment and get a new debit card. The expert explained in detail what to look for, don't provide any personal information to them and how to avoid a similar situation from accruing from this point forward. He also explained how to forward a email properly.

Trying to set up security camera with lights and ring product was having a hard time finding our Wi-Fi but now with the help of the Aztec support we are good to go
He was very professional and clear. I was very happy as i'm not very techinical. He cleaned up my computer and also gave me a system mechanic so i can keep my comuter up to date and running smoothly. I'm 83 and can follow instructions for the computer, but am at a loss to fix it.
