The tech knew I was a little stressed over the message I received on my IPhone. He explained the message and told me to delete the questionable email and don't put any of my information in.
I was unaware that Microsoft One Drive storage for all files could be the default option during mass PC to PC data transfers. This trap caused my PC to malfunction for lack of available storage. Tanaya from Just Ask resolved the issue by copying the files from One Drive to my PC risk, removed One Drive, eliminated some unnecessary programs, and tuned the PC.
I was not told about the supplemental $48.00 charge for a membership I did not agree to!
Please remove the $48.00 from my credit card charge.

Samuel did an excellent job triaging the issue and walking through all potential issues to resolve the issues with microsoft activation that is now failing to recognize after 6 years. We also found a separate way to help address the problem.
Tech support was great, but I was disappointed that Google TV sent me to a wet another website that cost me five dollars to get Google's tech-support phone number then I find out I'm signed up automatically for a year feels like I'm being ripped off surreptitiously I want to cancel just ask Support
I was concerned that my iCloud was about to expire and erase all my emails and pictures. Needed to know how to pay for iCloud. Stephen lead me to the spaces used and the remaining space on my iPhone. I did not need to purchase more space as I had plenty to support my use. He was So patient as I am 74 and not to technically minded. Thank you so much Stephen.
I talked to AskTechSupport for help finding and editing my Manage Account. It was late and I was sleepy, but I wanted to try to tackle it before bedtime. I was assigned a tech support expert who listened to my concerns and patiently walked me through the steps. I was surprised at how easy he made it for me to fix the problem.
