Samuel guided me to being able to hopefully resolve the connection issue.
Even tough I haven't been totally assured that the issue and connection has been resolved by a email or text message. The generator app says I has Wi-Fi connection but but the apps status for the generator says unknown. So time will tell.
Rea was excellent. Worked hard, sent me several options to try to resolve my issue. I haven't attempted to try them because it's only a firmware update, the printer is working fine, and I don't want to take a chance on a "fix" becoming a new problem.
I expected a "not so helpful " response since I needed a refund on a matter but the tech was understanding.
He told me what procedure to follow and what email address I should use.
Gary unraveled a complicated problem, found the solution, and clearly explained future problem solving. Friendly and articulate.
I had been getting a text telling me my photos were going to be deleted and figured it was a scam and with the help from tech support I confirmed it was a scam! This service has served me very well.
I'm delighted with conversation with Starlink provider. He took time to answer questions in layman's language, respectful, and easily addressed my concerns. No pressure to purchase any packages. However, I will buy Sarlink before any other product in the future.
We'd gotten a new router and suddenly we couldn't stream Netflix, or Prime, though we could YouTube and HBO. The technician was super helpful, listening carefully to the issues and attempts to fix, and gave me solid guidance and language for use in calling our ISP. Aided with this info, my subsequent conversation with our ISP resulted in a swift resolution of the issue, thanks to your technician.
Amaresha K was my technician and did a great job of understanding my needs and helping me complete the necessary steps to set up my extender. It turns out that my extender is just past it's prime. Time for a new one.
For example, I explained that the problem with Disney+ stopping and starting, then playing ultra-fast only to stop and start again. I explained that Peacock+, Prime+, Netflix, and YouTube TV were all working just fine. The problem was ONLY with Disney+. He suggested I turn everything off, unplug everything, count to 10, then plug everything back in and turn everything back on. I didn't understand how that would help, but I did it anyway. After, everything worked just fine AGAIN, except for Disney+ which stopped, started, went ultra-fast then stopped and started again... AGAIN.
I was happy with Jeffrey and the services, but I thought it only cost five dollars for one time use. I didn't realize I was paying $48. I guess that's for a year I don't know. I don't use the service. I used it this one time because of something that happened to my Yahoo, but I can't recommend because I'm not I don't know how to get rid of the $48 now what a rip.
Today around 2; 00pm someone from this company remove 48 without my permission and left me 7,13 cent I would like for my money to be put back 10/3 /25
The technician was very helpful and got me his phone number to You Tube Tv with the girl on. There was so kind and patient with me because my unfamiliar technical skills on computers are limited and she had solved my problem for me. Great person.
This service was of no help, didn't speak to any tech. There was a message left on my voice-mail. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional. And was charged $46.00 for a voice message.
After hours on the line yesterday with the help desk, I received a box of parts which I installed according to the directions. There was no improvement in the function of my TV... in fact there was no function AT ALL. I am dissatisfied with the service.
I agreed to the $5.00 charge, but when I got off from speaking with the guy they charged mget some e $48.00 and now i have to pay another crook 14.99 to get some of my money back
Sal was a tremendous support! He was knowledgeable, thorough and very kind.
He was more helpful to me than I ever could have imagined!
Clicked on thinking it was customer assistance to cell phone company & all it stated was would charge me a "refundable $1.00" then as soon as got credit card info, sent message saying $46.00 would be charged! Be AWARE!
I haven't been able to talk to anyone. The tech person called and the second I answered the call went to hold. I have been on Hold for over 45 minutes now. I will probably just cancel my account. Your service really sucks Plus my credit card was charged #5.00 for the privelige
My cell had been locked out for 4 days. I would enter saved passwords, just to be told. Try again in 48 hrs. All kinds of thoughts whirled around my head. Then I found Just Answere. I did what I was asked.
About an hour later listening to the "Pro" and a video. I did press both side keys until I got to the recovery screen, Yay! The Just Answere Pro was miraculous. He was very knowledgeable on everything IT. He was patient as some of us are slower. Thanks Paul, you are great. Just Answere was a positive experience.
