It was fine until I answered landline…. Took forever…. Now reaching out to Tech Support Ron. He did respond after he had to disc because did not get to answer him. I have since reached out to…awaiting respons.

The toggle switch to go from classic Outlook to New Outlook disappeared! Shefin very effectively fixed the problem.
But Viet spent a lot of time trying to fix my iPad. But was not able to fix it. Perhaps up grading the operating system will help.

Downloaded win 11 and it worked fine... The windows USB got corrupt. Reloaded windows 11 and everything was good.

Was not able to scan from my windows 11 last update. Item resolved. So far.it is working fine with an additional programming and a button program on my icon tabs.
