The techs at Just Ask can really talk you through an issue without having access to your computer! Once the tech got me to a place where my system could reset; it went easy from there.

The engineer did all he could!

My Canon printer has stopped working and shows a strange pattern of light blinking. The engineer coached me through the trouble shooting. He was patient and polite. After trying everything we could, the problem continued existing. He suggested we going to service center.

The tech was very knowledgeable and patient with me. The downloading of the app kept failing. I will contact HP to help me with the memory space on my laptop to see if that is the cause of the download failures.

KNOWLEDGEABLE AND EFFICIENT

My business microsoft app completely froze on my laptop and would not allow me to print any pdf files. I called for tech support. Ujjwal was fantastic. He was knowledgeable and walked me through step by step how to fix the problem. His professionalism was beyond measure as well. Thank you Ujjawal!

The tech persevered and never gave up, we went over the course of 2 days and the tech appeared very knowledgeable he attempted all he know from what we discussed remotely but it is difficult to find the true answer with having the unit in your hands

Only one problem

Arjun was an excellent representative of this "help" avenue. He was very polite and knowledgeable.
The ONLY problem I had was having to enter a payment source ($5) before I got to him. I then had to go through the hoops to cancel my subscription before I was charged $55.
Overall, a very pleasant experience with the desired solution. Thank you Arjun!

Good Advice

No products were involved. Just couldn't get My Stuff on Peacock to work. Paul gave me a tip to delete all my Apple TV things and voila, then Peacock worked and I could watch my Alma mater Purdue beat the heck out of Marquette! Yippee! I learned something today, try to do so daily!
