365 was fully deleted instead of repaired. Had some other issues. Facebook. New 365 downloaded and installed. Fixed also facebook is working again
The agent understood my issue, and guided me clearly through the possible solutions: from the simplest to (what was required in the end) the most involved.
Smart TV stuck in set up mode. Josh provided a method to break the cycle. Still waiting to see if it works as the set up mode appeared every few days. So far so good.
I can't really give a meaningful review because it took so long to hear from AskTech that it was too late in the day for me to stay online. It has nothing to do with the tech—just with how long it took to get a connecton.

For the past 20 years I have been living off grid and as remotely as possible. I got tired of the rat race and decided to retire where there is no noise and madness of the city, which is where I made my living. So I returned to the back country where my family has been for some time and made life just as simple as possible. That included avoidance to the tech explosion happening and for the most part I could have not cared at all. Now that cell phone connection is no longer available where I am I am forced to re-enter civilization, much to my unhappiness, and comply with passwords, 6 numbered arrangements which to me seem a necessary pain in the $#*!, if not very annoying. I simply have to have a friend drive up from the city and walk me through this process. It isn't any other persons failure in this matter, simply that I am totally lost in this process and hold no other person responsible for my own ignorance. Thanks for the help and I will do this again next week when I can get some help finding these selections.
I was scared by caller telling me FBI/Federal Trade Commission/Cyberscam, etc is investigating me for porn, etc WHICH I HAVE NEVER DONE! Then wanted my banking info & amounts in them!
He gave us a lot of good options, and we tried them all but have definitely come to the conclusion that it's not a problem with our computer.Or any issue with anything on our end. It's a problem with angry birds 2. I appreciate that he replied back several times on the text messages to give me extra support after the phone call.Thank you very much
Had issues with administrator privileges and reset would not work. Ask tech walked me through the repair and resolved the problem.
The technician was timely and highly qualified. While I am waiting on Zoom now for a final resolution, I was guided through problem solving that has me understanding so close to solving a long term issue with confidence.
It seems I was trying to print over wifi using my personal hotspot from my phone. It was pointed out that I can not do that. My laptop must be tied to the buildings wifi in order to print. So the expert got me on the correct connection and now I can print. Thank you.
This specialist was quite helpful and his approach to trouble shooting my issue was perfect. Although I had already fixed the issue and informed Just Answer that I had. I never should have received a secondary support person; But that is not on the support person.
Part of Just answer is lacking.
They asked a lot of questions to get to the bottom of my problems. However they were able to come up with contact info that I hadn't had before. Then I was able to follow up and make contact with the organization to resolve my issue.
I was mislead to believe my initial contact was a one-time, $5 charge. As it turned out, it was a $48/mo subscription and to date, no one has called. Go to 'asktech cancellation.'
I made a 37 mile one way trip to AT&T store to have phone fixed. Needless to say, it was not fixed. I went online for the 2nd time, paid $5 and reached the expert. Inside of 10 minutes, my phone was fixed. I live alone and I am 76. I was without my glucose monitor for 2 days trying to get my phone fixed. Thank you for "Ask Tech". I only wish I had known about this service before the trip to the store. If anything happens again, I will gladly spend the $5. I only wish that it was free or at least an option on my monthly bill
Ron was excellent! 👍 My issue is that I was charged more than I understood. Not happy about that. Also I didn't know that I was subscribing to an ongoing plan. Didn't want a plan. Just wanted a one time help. Felt misled.
Tried to explain this to customer support but was told "Sorry" when I asked for a refund. 👎

The onscreen chatbot did a good job of getting me prepped to talk to tech support. Tech support called very quickly, and the tech was very clear and helpful on what steps to take to diagnose my issue with my television refusing to connect to the internet. We took some steps to get it connected, and they worked. He very wisely advised me to get a surge protector. Excellent experience. Would recommend.
