While the psychic was talking my American Express began showing crazy amounts going to Ask Now! I asked the psychic what was up with all the over charging-she insisted she did not know nor did she have a way to keep up with how long we had been talking.
They charged almost 500.00 fraudulently!

They spam you offering a 15 minute reading for $10. When you call in, a used car salesman tells you that they never said that. The price is $30 or $40. Then, after you hang up, they charge for extra minutes. These are not real, gifted psychics. They are tarot card readers.

The reader was unprofessional, obnoxious, and cocky. She was so busy telling me what I need to do and just not be encouraging at all. I will never call this company again please beware of the scam. This company overcharge people credit cards. My card was charge $40 then $89. Never again I do not appreciate how I was treated.

When trying to politely say good bye and thank you for their time the highest ranked will manipulate you to continue speaking with them. Customer service will also try to play dumb as if that doesn't happen and again try to manipulate it as if you being rude, when you are merely assertive and stern in your tone. I will say that when I stated I was being assertive in my disappointment and merely wanted to make sure I was not going to continue to be charged that I was not rude, however I did become quite rude once I was accused of being so. All in all if you decide to use this service be sure to forget those manors and simply hang up once you hear the tone. Customer service is quite keen to twist it up. I would suggest seeking a more reputable service. They do not provide confirmation request either, at least that's what they stated when I requested one. Keep track on your bank account.

This is a scam! You will not get your question answered and you will get billed high rates no guarantee like California Psychics! There is no customer service! I can't even give zero starts for rating. I have to select 1 to continue.

I received an email about a recent relationship. The person offered me 30 minutes for $30. So I called. The initial person did NOT explain anything about different levels. They did tell me about the tone after 5 minutes, but I figured I had the 30 minutes I was offered. Afterwards my card was charged over $650! I called and was told that I was told about the ton and that I needed to hang up and call back. Which I was never explained. These people are scammers! Please don't use.Ive added the email and the charges!

I called purchased 40 min for 40 dollars, took me 4 readings before anyone actually even talked to me. By then I only had 20 min. Called for my reading didn't hear a buzzer and my credit card got charged an additional 89 the first try, 1.00 for attempting it, and an additional 139.00 to verify if My card was any good plus an additional 8.99. Called to ask and the idiot James with his monotone voice made it seem like it was ok to continue charging my card. Said he didn't care if I wrote a review. Please if you're in need of a reading and go on this site, make sure ypu don't use a card they could continue to have access to. Your minutes will be up before anyone even starts your reading.

I asked two different physics the same question. I asked sandra lee and physic tree. Both said the complete opposite. And physics tree wasted my time going on and On that didn't even help me and wasted my time with no info for me at all. When I said I had to go I didn't have money to stay on line she said I just want to help. Yay, take all my money. It was robbery. When I called and complained they said they would review and call them back in two days. I did and they said they both did fine and it was fine they said the opposite. Bull sh** first and last time I will ever use a physics. I will also tell all my friends it is a total scam.

This place has the worst physics and customer service ever! I ordered through Spiritual Society and didn't realize I was connected to Ask Now. I was given a special promo to speak with 2 psychics. One rambled on and on about nothing, didn't even ask a question and the other just sounded like a broken record. She kept saying "You're a beautiful soul. Do you know that? Do you know that? I am going to help. I will help you" about 1000X. Management had to review the calls and gave me 10 free minutes even though I requested a refund. The free minute call was so choppy, I couldn't hear anything she was saying. We had a poor connection and now that call is "under review." Customer service people are rude and the psychics are awful. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere. This has to the worst company to get a reading from and has wasted so much time. I would much rather just get my refund and be done then to be talk with someone from this company.

Yesterday I decided to have my cards read by a woman on ASK NOW and WHAT A MISTAKE that was! Although Ms. Kim was very nice, the charges WERE NOT! You MUST know that you are going to be charged an exuberant amount of money ONCE YOU HEAR the tone during your reading. When it was all said and done, I was in for well over $500! When I called to dispute the charges I was faced with a very unprofessional young girl who SHOULD return to customer service training for sure! I WILL NEVER use your service again!

The 40 dollars for 40 mins they don't give u an extension for who it is for costmer services says they tell u things on the recorded line they don't. The lady just talked about herself the hole time customer service got mad at me when I said I only wanted the 40dollars worth and that is a lot of money for me they said some people spends thousands of dollars. They charged me over 500 dollars and told me I hit the wrong button that is why and refuse to make it right. I have all the recording and when I said this they hung up on me..

I was first told about their deal and I can use my minutes on one of their master psychics. Then she tells me that she's not available and she will call me (which she never did) by then they had already charged my credit card more than what they even stated. Then I tried to call back and couldn't get through as it took me to just a voice listing of all their psychics and I can't use the deal with any of them and none of the master ones were even available. So I picked a pyschic just to try it since they already charged me and everything she said was completely off was so far from what was happening I have never been so scammed before. I call back to get my money back and they wouldn't give it to me. These people are sick and just after your money

Signed up for "15 min for $10 plus 5 minutes free" talked for only 13 minutes and got billed $112. Goes without saying the lady on the phone was saying a bunch of bull the whole time obviously not a psychic she's a SCAMMER just like everyone else on this website.

Only someone going through a catastrophic emotional breakdown with severe mental illness would pay these rates. Ask Now has to know this. They safeguard themselves with terms and conditions so technically it's not illegal but the whole experience is taking advantage of the mentally unstable. In 2016 I spent over $3000 within 2 months after I experienced coercive control and emotional abuse from my ex boyfriend. I paid the amount due because I did owe it but when I look back at how I was so desperate at that time, it's just so sick. Psychology well people would never call here.

A incredibly terrible site. They placed unauthorized charges on my card as well as did not live up to their claim of trying to satisfy customer if the customer isn't satisfied with reading. They will periodically charge your card for no reason as well as supply truly horrible customer service. I was appalled. The psychics do everything within their power to keep you on the phone, claiming they're "tuning into" your partner, etc. All stalling tactics. This site gives all psychics a bad name. They will make you feel like the spiritual realm is nonsense. I am reporting to the better business. No one should be treated like this.
