I was ripped off many times by a psychic hey renee. I am going thru the roughest time in my life. I lost many things including a man i loved very much. I believed he loved me and left me at my lowest point. I met renee and she pretended to care and took LOTS AND LOTS of my money, but suicidal i was and needed someone to talk to. She insisted and promised that this man loves me and would be back and it was just a lie. It would have been better to have let go instead of holding on to a love that didnt exist. It is very cruel to hurt people esp ones that are already hurting. I am a good person and people like me and you that are good are just the ones they feed on. So please if you are hurting like me use your money to talk to a professional or a friend or a free hot line,,, and remember if someone loved you they would not leave you or kick you when you are down.

The customer service is very poor. All negative feedbacks are deleted and I posted some and my account was cancelled. Not only that they deducted unauthorised payment from my credit card 6 days after cancelling my account to which I had already reported my bank and I had to cancel my credit card. They are ripoffs and are cheaters and scamsters, no honest feedback is to be left on their website if you do, you are kicked out and duped of your money.

If I could give this company a ZERO star I would! I purchased a reading with Oracle Siren Rose, and when the "reading" incurred she literally spent the whole hour talking about herself and her personal life. I decided to reach out to customer service explaining the situation, and how disappointed I was in the service and requested a refund. They were extremely rude and stated the call was recorded and I was lying. Little did they know, I recorded the call as well. I have had multiple readings in my lifetime and so I always record them. This was by the worst reading experience I've had. I proceeded to dispute the charges with my bank as they blocked my number/email after requesting a refund, during the banks investigation a 3 way call was placed and the representative at the company said they are going to issue me a refund and to remove the chargeback on their account. So naturally my bank did so as they were informed a refund was being issued to me. The company never issued me a refund and the charges were applied back on my account. I have contacted customer service nearly every day for over 5 months now and they continue to block me or respond extremely rude and disrespectful. They stated they are aware that the Oracle did not provide the services I purchased but they don't need to refund me. I have never dealt with such a terrible, disrespectful, unprofessional company before. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY!

I asked the question in my first chat and subsiquently you ask me to contact you so you can tell me in detail. I ned to know what was your detail report that you had after my chat. I provided this number 9 only so that it can help you more in providing information. My question was Worley parson job for which I was interviewed on 27 th of July. And I am expecting this job. You need to consantrate on this issue and, tell me in when and how soon I shall get this job. You did not focus on it at all. Tell me what will you do about #9. Thanks

Totally inaccurate reading. Nothing like what she saw ever happened. It is almost funny how she described various things that simply did not and will not happen.

Where do I begin. I called to get a reading. The guy who answered my call was very kind and polite. He recommended a psychic, and I agreed to go with her. Her name is Salena. When I got on the phone with Selena she was just basically throwing words out of her mouth. She wasn't answering any of my questions... and kept saying "I feel a lot of energy"... 9 minutes into the call I asked her about my career and she hung up. So I called back and wanted to speak with customer service. They were really rude. The manager named Robert was extremely rude. The customer serive rep Bryan was actually yelling at me on the phone for trying to get a refund. He told me he didn't care if I write a review online. And he wouldn't give me Roberts last name... eventually they decided to tell me I would get my money back and that I'm banned from calling. Not like I will ever call back.It was horrible! Save your money and your time please. These people do not care about you! They are a RIP OFF!

I'm extremely disappointed and upset with my experience. I called this site after receiving an email stating i could receive a first time call for free. When i called the customer rep said I would still need a credit card for me to have the free call. I gave it and the call was transferred and hung up on me in the process. I never spoke to a physic or anything. Today i see a 30 dollar charge on my credit card. I've called ten times today to finally get a customer service rep on phone. I explained the charge and requested my card be refunded. I was advised they couldn't do that at this time and to call back in few days/48hrs DO NOT TRUST THIS SO CALLED COMPANY. This was my first time calling a place like this and is my last time. TOTAL SCAM!

Hi guys, I signed up for 30$ and they charged me 60$ and I could not reach any "fortune tellers" I was so desperate when found out they will not respond. They even logged me out of the website. I sent them an email to refund my money back and I haven't heard from them for a very long time.
DONT USE THEM IS A SCAM COMPANY

Let me start by saying did u guys noticed how all of us, the 'real' customers who've been scammed, rated this disgusting service 1 star while the other "reviews" gave it 5 stars? How OBVIOUS it is that they themselves ( or probably the "poor" minimum-wage employees they got there) had been posting those reviews in a very pathetic way trying to save their little crappy operation.
As for the reading, the first 5-10 min were ok (She kept trying to get me to 'lead' the conversation and at the same time reveal more about me --- which I refused!) But she talked very slow, with long pauses after EVERY sentence which made me feel and realized she was waiting for my 'approval / disapproval' so she could know where to take the conversation. She got made that I would guide her but I just said "ok... is that what u see?"
And for a few times I felt that SHE herself we lost.
Be careful because when calling for the first time they will answer right away and be nice but once they got their payment from u, that same number that u called to won't ever let your calls go through again! Unless of course its for another reading, than they would gladly get to the phone.
Call your credit card company and say u didn't authorized this transaction (remember u never singed anything) also prevents them from charging it again.
The Better Business Bureau will take care of them. It's not the first company that finds loops to bypass the system, the Feds always get companies like that one way or another so it's just a matter of time.

I'm not writing a critique of the two psychics I spoke with or about psychics in general. I want people to be cautious of this website because of their questionable business practices. Interestingly, I used their site/services a couple of times (spending a decent amount of money) when all of the sudden they claimed the address on my account and the address on my credit card didn't match. Funny thing is, both websites showed the exact same thing. So, their solution was to ask me to fax a copy of my credit card and ID to them. ARE YOU KIDDING? Why don't I just give you my bank account info, too, while I'm at it? When "administration" was contacted, they never responded, and the woman on the phone just kept pushing me to fax this stuff over. When I refused and told them to delete my account, the woman simply hung up on me. Now that's professional! Or perhaps she realized that she wasn't going to be able to con me into giving her my personal information. The other thing is, after I signed up on this site, I started getting spam emails sent from my own email address to myself! So, like I said, "BEWARE!" This whole thing stinks of a scam to me!
