On March 2; 2024 used services to reconnect my printer. It was presented that I would be charged $1. I received two bills one for $1 and another for $55 recurring charges. Totally deceitful. You ate on running some type of scam. I wold have rated it a 0 but nothing lower than 1. You seem more concerned about muting reviews than following the law yourself.
I was of the understanding that "you" were in contact with facebook, which was the ONLY reason I contacted you. I sought tech help at MSNBC.com. MSNBC redirected me to Ask-Crew. Ask-Crew demanded a one time, $1.00 fee to help me. I agreed to pay $1.00. After getting uninformed assistance from Ask-Crew, I discovered that a $55.00 charge from Ask-Crew was added without my consent. Then I discovered that this is a recurring charge of $55.00 per month. Ask-Crew is a fraudulent scammer and should not to be trusted.

I was having trouble finding some information about my Amazon account and stumbled onto Ask-Crew after seeing something on the internet that said Ask-Crew would answer my question for one dollar. They did answer the question, but the one-dollar charge turned out to be $55.00. My bank flagged the purchase and deactivated my debit card. I was issued a new card. I put a review on Trust Pilot and Ask-Crew is trying to have the review removed. It is an honest review of a company that told me I would be charged one dollar, but the final cost was $55.00

This is the 2nd time in the past day that I've had to write a review about this. They took another $55.00 out my bank account a couple of hours after, and I called them and was told that I would have my refund in a 24 hour period, but I have yet to receive it. Out of a total of $110. I have received half of it and I want the other half. They also said I would get an email,but I haven't gotten one of those yet either. Ask crew.com ripped me off.They didn't answer my question. They fed me a whole lot of questions I didn't want and didn't have any answers to and when I asked for a refund, which should have been just the dollar I had paid, they took another 71.66 AUD instead.
I tried to change an address on a UPS package. Somehow through the UPS website I got connected with this website. I've been charged 55.00 for 2 months that I didn't authorize. When I called they refunded me 1/2 a month. Don't use them.

I received a notification from my credit card company about a charge from Ask-Crew. I've never heard of this company, but they charged my card for $74.00. I called them at *******218, and asked them to refund my money because I didn't subscribe to their service. The representative assured me that my money would be returned. I immediately received an email stating that the charge, to which I didn't subscribe, is non-refundable. I called them again, and advised that I would be reporting the transaction to my credit card company for a fraudulent transaction. I called my credit card company and requested to replace my card, and file a fraud report. So my money is held up for 10 days while they wait for the transaction to process. Then they can file the dispute.
Uber is notorious for using these 3rd party help services, and I believe that is where this came from. Me requesting help on my account one time. They put me on some kind of trial, and I get charged by some fly-by-night company whose representatives have a strong Russian accent.
Be careful about asking for help in these services that provide you convenience, like Uber, Lyft, or whatever.

A scam
Took £59 out of my mum's account who is old and on a pension - because she wanted to update her bank details on Now TV - they signed her up for a monthly subscription without her knowing - when I rang they laughed down the phone and told me to F off - when I tried to ring back they wouldn't answer. Had to ring the bank to block but lost money.
Not sure how they get away with things like this and very bad of Now TV to let this company do this on their website.
