BEWARE! Without my knowledge I was switched from an Apple site — I had to change my credit card number — to what looked like an authorized Apple Help site. I didn't realize that this was not Apple but another company charging $10 and asking for the info in my profile, including credit card number. Since Apple already had my cc number, I gave the new number to update it. After many "chats" with a dissembling agent, I found that this company has no connection at all to Apple. Now I'm worried about having given them my new cc #. I will have to get in touch with my cc bank and shut off any payment to them.
I paid £1.01 for one 1 question/answer by credit card.ask crew then extracted £74 pcm for 5 months with no more contact from me and no info from them that was their normal business plan.When I realised wha5 was happening I stopped credit car$ *******@sked them for £370 refund.AskCrew reply stated this refund 2be *******@de in 6 working *******@ys.Nothing received.3 chivvy up emails produced reply that £37 would be refunded,again nil received. I than spoke to my credit card issuers who replaced my credit card and *******@de@ +omplete refund.Do not deal with AskCrew and *******@nsfer your bank to Halifax

Asked a question 3 months ago, signed up for a dollar. Don't remember seeing anywhere that I would be having my account direct debited $111 per fortnight. It keeps direct debiting my very overdrawn account. I and Westpac don't know how they're doing this as I have cancelled and replaced my card. I have checked and I have never received an email from them, period. Let alone a 48 hour reminder of your account being debited.

I called HP for help with a printer that I've had for 6 months that would not print. Somehow I was directed to Ask-Crew. I worked with a technician for at least 2 hours and the printer still would not print. I gave up and closed my chat. Initially I paid $! For one week's service. If I wanted to continue the cost was $74/month, which seems high to me. I did not opt for the $74 service. I have been charged for that month and have been refused a refund. I will not be charged in the future. They have adamantly declined to refund me and when I look at their rating I can see why they are desperate to hang onto every penny.
